【摘要】：作为市场主体的企业,尤其是大型的集团性质的企业,决定其是否能实现可持续发展的关键一步是资金的雄厚和资金链的畅通。债券融资作为我国金融市场上逐步变热的融资方式,有其不可小觑的优势。但是由于我国特殊的国情以及债券市场不完善的状况,债券融资和公司绩效之间的关系对于各大企业来说仍然不甚明朗。如何才能在进行债券融资之前,对公司未来的绩效进行预测,如何才能在最合适的时间选用最合适的手段将公司利益最大化,成为各大企业关注的重要问题。本文从企业集团的视角,站在企业战略决策层面,通过分析深圳水务集团进行债券融资的过程和方式,将债券融资与公司绩效之间的关系清晰化、明朗化、数据化。并在如何降低企业融资成本,合理规避融资风险控制方面提出自己的合理化建议。希望能够见微知著,为其它同类型企业提供相关借鉴。本论文一共分五个部分:第一部分为绪论,这部分基于债券融资的时代背景论述了债券融资对于公司绩效的作用和意义,分析了研究内容和方法;第二部分综述了债券融资及其对公司绩效影响的相关理论基础;第三部分为深圳水务集团债券融资与公司绩效研究变量与模型选择;第四部分主要是深圳水务集团债券融资方案对公司绩效影响的实证分析;第五部分为总结和建议。
[Abstract]:As the main body of the market, especially large conglomerate enterprises, The key step in determining whether or not it can achieve sustainable development is the abundant funds and the smooth flow of the capital chain. Bond financing is a means of financing that is becoming hotter and hotter in the financial markets of our country. However, due to the special situation of our country and the imperfect situation of the bond market, the relationship between bond financing and corporate performance is still not clear to the major enterprises. In order to predict the future performance of the company, how to choose the most appropriate means to maximize the company's interests at the most appropriate time has become an important issue for the major enterprises. This paper stands at the level of corporate strategic decision from the perspective of the enterprise group. By analyzing the process and method of bond financing in Shenzhen Water Group, the relationship between bond financing and corporate performance is clearly, clearly and digitalized. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction. This part discusses the function and significance of bond financing to corporate performance based on the background of bond financing, and analyzes the research contents and methods, the second part summarizes the theoretical basis of bond financing and its impact on corporate performance. The third part is the research variables and model selection of Shenzhen Water Group bond financing and corporate performance; part 4th is the empirical analysis of the impact of Shenzhen Water Group bond financing scheme on corporate performance; part 5th is a summary and recommendations.
