基于层次分析法的辽宁省农产品物流中心选址研究

【摘要】:中国政府历来重视“三农”问题,解决好“三农”问题是我国一项重要的发展国策,也是社会根基稳固的磐石。近年,由于农业技术的大力推广和农业科技的快速发展,我国农作物产量连创新高。这表明农业基础生产水平得到大幅度提高,农业生产问题已经不是限制我国农业发展的绊脚石,建立一个顺畅无阻、高效运转的农产品流通系统是解决“三农”问题的关键,也是广大农民参与农产品流通从而创收致富的迫切需求。建立一个高效的农产品流通系统,关键在于农产品物流中心的选址,科学合理的选址可以极大地降低成本,提高物流效率,造福更多人民。目前对于农产品物流的研究,主要在于农产品发展模式、物流配送、车辆调度等问题,对于农产品物流中心选址问题的研究较少。本文主要研究农产品物流中心选址,希望能引起对选址的重视,同时对农产品物流中心选址具体操作提供一点借鉴。本文首先介绍我国农产品物流的发展背景和现状。介绍选址的两种类型,即连续型选址方法和离散型选址方法,重点介绍层次分析法的原理和步骤,分别评价各种方法和模型的特点、适用情况。第四章以辽宁省农产品物流为例,首先利用最大覆盖模型得到初始备选城市,确定AHP指标体系,建立模型,在数据满足一致性检验前提下,对备选城市的交通因素、经济因素和环境因素综合评价,选择得分最高者。
[Abstract]:The Chinese government has always attached great importance to the issue of "agriculture, countryside and farmers", and solving the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" is an important national policy of development in our country and also a solid rock of social foundation. In recent years, due to the vigorous popularization of agricultural technology and the rapid development of agricultural science and technology, This indicates that the basic level of agricultural production has been greatly improved, and that the problem of agricultural production is no longer a stumbling block to restrict the development of our country's agriculture and establish a smooth and unhindered one. An efficient agricultural product circulation system is the key to solving the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers", and is also the urgent need for farmers to participate in the circulation of agricultural products to generate income and become rich. The key lies in the location of agricultural products logistics center. Scientific and reasonable location selection can greatly reduce costs, improve logistics efficiency and benefit more people. At present, the research on agricultural product logistics mainly lies in agricultural product development model, logistics distribution, There are few researches on the location of agricultural product logistics center, such as vehicle scheduling. This paper mainly studies the location of agricultural product logistics center, hoping to arouse the attention to the location of agricultural product logistics center. At the same time, it provides some reference for the specific operation of agricultural product logistics center location. Firstly, this paper introduces the development background and current situation of agricultural product logistics in China, and introduces two types of location selection, namely, continuous location method and discrete location method. This paper mainly introduces the principle and steps of Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), evaluates the characteristics and applicability of various methods and models respectively. Chapter 4th takes Liaoning Province's agricultural product logistics as an example, first of all, using the maximum coverage model to get the initial alternative city, The index system of AHP is determined, and the model is established. On the premise of consistency test of data satisfaction, comprehensive evaluation of traffic factor, economic factor and environmental factor of alternative city is carried out, and the highest score is selected.
