中国城镇化演进轨迹、现实困境与转型方向

【摘要】：城镇化是经济持续发展的重要驱动力,也是经济社会高级化发展的必然过程。在这一过程中不仅要提高城镇化水平,更应关注城镇化的发展质量。因此,本文旨在系统追溯中国城镇化的演进轨迹,揭示以往城镇化发展演变的经验与规律,通过国际比较发现差距与潜力,进一步深入分析城镇化进程中存在的主要现实困境,探讨未来中国城镇化发展的基本趋势与转型方向,为制定城镇化可持续发展战略和政策提供经验支持,同时为中国经济增长再续"奇迹"提供政策菜单。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is an important driving force of sustained economic development and an inevitable process of advanced economic and social development. In this process, we should not only improve the level of urbanization, but also pay attention to the development quality of urbanization. The purpose of this paper is to systematically trace the evolution of urbanization in China, to reveal the experience and law of the development and evolution of urbanization in the past, to find out the gap and potential through international comparison, and to further analyze the main practical difficulties existing in the process of urbanization. This paper probes into the basic trend and transformation direction of China's urbanization development in the future, and provides experience support for the formulation of urbanization sustainable development strategies and policies, as well as a policy menu for China's economic growth to continue its "miracle".
