协商推广流程与开放式创新惯例的演化博弈模型及仿真研究

【摘要】:跟随科学技术不断发展的步伐,企业主体所处的环境也越来越复杂,在这种动态复杂环境中,企业生存发展的需求迫使企业不得不依靠更为有效地组织能力。组织能力的合理发挥,可以使企业主体在战略性资源匮乏的情况下依然可以表现出一定的竞争优势。本文基于导师的国家自然科学基金项目《基于组织流程的企业组织能力系统演化机制研究》(项目编号:70961003),将企业组织能力视为一个复杂适应系统,认为企业组织能力系统构成元素是组织流程,而组织惯例引导约束组织流程的运行。课题前期的研究确立了企业组织能力系统运行中的主要流程,即认知选择流程、协商推广流程、实施监控流程及评估优化流程,以及组织惯例所遵循的几个核心准则,即战略决策准则、组织变革准则、企业价值观、创新管理准则。本文在课题前期研究的基础上,对组织能力系统中的关键流程之一的协商推广流程与核心准则之一的管理创新准则衍生出的开放式创新惯例之间是如何在企业组织能力系统演化进行研究。文章首先介绍了协商推广流程,阐述了该流程运行的特点并将协商推广流程的运行分为三个阶段,然后将开放式创新惯例从商业模式、开放度和吸收能力三个维度进行阐释,随后叙述了以商业模式为主线,开放度和吸收能力约束下的协商推广流程的运行,并在这个作用过程中提出了一种商业模式的回声涌现,建立了协商推广流程与开放式创新惯例的演化博弈模型来说明其演化的过程,通过对模型的分析得出相关结论,并运用MATLAB软件进行仿真研究对结论进行验证。在文章的最后,提出了本文研究过程中的不足以及研究展望。
[Abstract]:Following the pace of continuous development of science and technology, the environment in which the main body of the enterprise is located is becoming more and more complex, in this dynamic and complex environment, The need for survival and development of enterprises forces enterprises to rely on more effective organizational capabilities. This paper is based on the National Natural Science Foundation of the National Science Foundation of China < organizational capacity system evolution machine based on organizational process. "A study on Enterprise Organization." (project No.: 70961003). The organizational capability of an enterprise is regarded as a complex adaptive system. It is considered that the constituent element of the enterprise organizational capability system is the organizational process, and the organizational practice guides the operation of the constrained organizational process. The previous study of the subject establishes the main process in the operation of the enterprise organizational capability system, that is, the cognitive selection process. Negotiate and popularize the process, implement the monitoring process and evaluate the optimization process, and follow several core principles of organizational practices, namely, strategic decision criteria, organizational change criteria, enterprise values, On the basis of the previous research on the subject, This paper studies how the open innovation practices derived from one of the key processes in the organizational capability system are evolved between the negotiation promotion process and the management innovation criterion which is one of the core criteria. First of all, the process of negotiation promotion is introduced. This paper expounds the characteristics of the operation of the process and divides the operation of the negotiation and promotion process into three stages. Then the open innovation practices are explained from the three dimensions of business model, openness and absorptive capacity, and then the main line of the business model is described. The operation of the negotiation promotion process under the constraints of openness and absorptive capacity, and in the course of this process proposed an echo of a business model. An evolutionary game model of negotiation extension process and open innovation practice is established to illustrate the evolution process. Through the analysis of the model, the relevant conclusions are obtained, and the conclusions are verified by simulation research with MATLAB software. The deficiency and prospect of the research in this paper are put forward.
