【摘要】：正黑龙江省地处边疆高寒地区,由于城市基础设施建设历史欠账较多,形成了大量集中连片的煤矿、林业、城市、垦区和国有工矿等棚户区。为此,从2008年开始,黑龙江省始终把保障房建设当做民生"天字号"工程,持续多年不断大力推进保障性安居工程建设。仅"十二五"期间,黑龙江省便累计投入2728亿元,开建保障房204万套,约600万城镇中低收入群
[Abstract]:Heilongjiang Province is located in the cold and alpine regions of the frontier. Due to the large amount of historical debts due to the construction of urban infrastructure, it has formed a large number of concentrated coal mines, forestry, cities, reclamation areas, and state-owned industrial mines and other shanty towns. To this end, since 2008, Heilongjiang Province has always regarded the construction of indemnificatory apartment as the "Tianzhao" project of people's livelihood, and has continued to vigorously promote the construction of the indemnificatory housing project for many years.
