成都铁路口岸国际业务区项目风险管理的研究

【摘要】：物流业是现在产业结构中一个重要的行业,它作为服务业对国家的经济发展有很大推进作用,其发展水平已经成为衡量一个国家和地区综合竞争力的重要标志。随着全球经济一体化的进程加快以及我国经济的持续发展,我国物流业出现了爆发式发展的大好形式,成为各地区经济发展的不可缺少的一部分。物流园区是指在物流作业集中的地区,在几种运输方式衔接地,将多种物流设施和不同类型的物流企业在空间上集中布局的场所,也是一个有一定规模的和具有多种服务功能的物流企业的集结点。其具有投入资金大,建设周期长,涉及的影响因素很多,其建设风险性大,因此开展物流园区建设项目风险管理的研究,具有十分重要的现实意义。论文首先介绍了风险决策论的理论基础,并分析了四川、成都物流行业的现状及对成都铁路口岸国际业务区概况进行介绍,在风险决策论的基础上具体分析国际业务区风险因素,提出风险评估的方法。通过成本效益法、专家评价法及模糊综合评价法等方法,列出对应策略来减少风险对项目的影响。本文还探索了物流园区风险控制的推广意义,为四川及成都物流园区健康发展提供一些参考。
[Abstract]:The logistics industry is an important industry in the current industrial structure. As a service industry, it plays a very important role in promoting the country's economic development. Its development level has become an important symbol to measure the comprehensive competitiveness of a country and a region. With the acceleration of the process of global economic integration and the sustained economic development of our country, the logistics industry of our country has appeared the excellent form of explosive development. Logistics Park is a place in which various logistics facilities and different types of logistics enterprises are centrally distributed in space in areas where logistics operations are concentrated and where several modes of transport are connected. It is also the assembly point of a logistics enterprise with certain scale and multi-service functions. It has a large investment, a long construction period, a lot of factors involved, and a great risk of construction. Therefore, the research on risk management of logistics park construction project is of great practical significance. Firstly, the paper introduces the theoretical basis of risk decision theory, and analyzes Sichuan Province. The present situation of Chengdu logistics industry and the general situation of Chengdu railway port international business area are introduced. On the basis of risk decision theory, the risk factors of international business area are analyzed, and the method of risk assessment is put forward. The methods of expert evaluation and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation list corresponding strategies to reduce the impact of risk on the project. This paper also explores the significance of risk control in logistics parks and provides some references for the healthy development of Sichuan and Chengdu logistics parks.
