武汉市城乡居民就业研究

【摘要】：近些年武汉经济、社会、文化、科技、民生等方面都实现了跨越发展。在保持经济持续、较快增长的同时,关注民生,增加GDP的民生比重,促进就业,实现居民就业和经济共赢。本文采用文献研究、定性研究、定量研究、比较研究等方法,利用经济社会发展数据,从总量、结构、增速等方面入手,分析武汉市城乡居民就业现状,找出存在的问题与差距,并深层剖析其原因。最后,在这些基础上提出扩大就业的建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Wuhan economy, society, culture, science and technology, people's livelihood and other aspects have achieved leapfrog development.While maintaining sustained and rapid economic growth, we should pay attention to the people's livelihood, increase the proportion of people's livelihood in GDP, promote employment, and realize the win-win situation between residents' employment and the economy.This paper uses the methods of literature research, qualitative research, quantitative research, comparative study and so on to analyze the present employment situation of urban and rural residents in Wuhan by using the data of economic and social development, starting from the aspects of total amount, structure, growth rate and so on.Find out the existing problems and gaps, and deep analysis of its causes.Finally, on the basis of these proposals to expand employment.
