【摘要】："十二五"期间是上海快递服务业发展的黄金时期,快递业务量始终保持高速增长,营业网点进一步完善,服务能力不断提高,行业经济效益持续明显提升,成为经济发展过程中的一匹"黑马"。同时上海快递企业总部云集,不断释放发展潜力,推动了整个邮政行业转型升级。但在"新常态"下,上海快递服务业也面临增速放缓、成本上升过快、就业水平偏低与环保理念滞后等发展隐忧。未来,快递服务业应尽快完善顶层设计,加快推进供给侧改革,建设高素质人才队伍,推动整个行业做大做强,实现绿色可持续发展。
[Abstract]:The 12th Five-Year Plan period is the golden period for the development of Shanghai express service industry. Express delivery business volume has always maintained a high growth, business outlets have been further improved, service capacity has been continuously improved, and the economic benefits of the industry have continued to increase significantly.To become a "dark horse" in the process of economic development.At the same time Shanghai express enterprise headquarters gathering, constantly released the development potential, promoting the transformation and upgrading of the entire postal industry.But under the "new normal", Shanghai express service industry also faces the growth rate to slow down, the cost rises too fast, the employment level is on the low side and the environmental protection idea lags behind the development worry and so on.In the future, express service industry should improve top-level design as soon as possible, accelerate supply-side reform, build high-quality talent team, promote the whole industry to become bigger and stronger, and realize green sustainable development.
