五大功能区视角下重庆市城镇体系结构研究

【摘要】：在现阶段,一个地区要取得经济社会的全面发展,除了需要依靠经济实力强大的中心城市外,合理的城镇体系也是保障全面发展的基础条件。随着重庆五大功能区的划分,对重庆市各城镇的发展提出了新的要求,重庆市的城镇体系结构必将发生重大的变革。因此,本研究正是从这一视角出发,研究了目前重庆市城镇体系结构所存在的主要问题,并提出优化重庆市城镇体系的对策建议。首先,本文对所用到的定量研究方法进行了详细的说明,并对国内外城镇体系的研究情况进行了综述,对城镇体系的核心概念和主要基础理论进行了论述。其次,本文对重庆市城镇体系的发展历程、规模结构、空间结构、职能结构进行了系统全面的探讨。(1)在分析重庆市城镇体系发展历程时,通过对重庆市直辖前和直辖后的城镇体系进行归纳总结后,得出重庆市城镇体系规模快速扩大、结构变化巨大。(2)在分析重庆市城镇体系规模结构式时,分析了重庆市城镇人口规模结构,并运用首位度分析法对重庆市城镇体系及五大功能区的城镇体系规模结构进行了研究,得出重庆市城镇体系城镇人口规模和各区城镇首位度存在着较大差异。(3)在分析重庆市城镇体系空间结构时,分析了重庆市城镇体系的人口密度和乡镇密度,并对重庆市城镇体系的空间关联维数进行了研究,并得出重庆市城镇体系人口和乡镇空间分布不均,各城镇空间呈直线分布。(4)在分析重庆市城镇体系职能结构时,分析了重庆市城镇体系产业结构和行业就业人口结构,并在此基础运用纳尔逊的职能统计分析法对重庆市城镇体系职能专门化程度进行了测算,得出重庆市城镇体系三次产业产值和结构、各职能部门就业人口比重、职能专门化程度都存在较大差异。再次,通过上面对重庆市城镇体系的发展历程、规模结构、空间结构、职能结构进行分析,可以得出重庆市城镇体系主要存在三大问题:(1)中心城镇首位度过高,人口规模结构失衡;(2)空间结构不够合理,空间关联性偏低;(3)城镇职能分工不明,产业趋同现象严重。本文还对影响重庆市城镇体系结构的因素进行了分析,认为可利用土地资源、经济发展、城镇发展、交通发展、政策是影响重庆城镇体系结构的主要因素。最后,在上面分析的基础上,就重庆市城镇体系的规模结构、空间结构、职能结构提出了优化对策建议。重庆市城镇体系规模结构应从控制首位城镇人口规模,扩大辐射带动作用;积极培育大城市,弥补体系断层状态;提升中小城市规模,加快中小城镇发展这三方面优化。重庆市城镇体系空间结构应从调整人口空间结构,完善空间结构体系;完善交通网络结构,实现交通网络覆盖这两方面进行优化。重庆市城镇体系职能结构应从加快产业转型升级,优化三次产业结构比;做好城镇职能定位,注重城镇职能的趋异和互补这两方面进行优化。

Finally, based on the above analysis, the scale structure, spatial structure of urban system in Chongqing the functional structure, put forward the optimization countermeasures. Chongqing city scale structure of urban system should first control the size of the urban population, expanding the role of radiation; actively cultivate large city, make up the system fault state; enhance the size of a small city, to accelerate the development of small towns in Chongqing city. The three aspects of optimizing the spatial structure of urban system should adjust the population spatial structure.
