开封市农村大龄妇女就业选择研究

【摘要】:20世纪80年代以来,随着我国经济社会的快速发展以及工业化、城市化进程的不断加快,农村外出务工人员逐步增多,使得农村的就业结构和形势发生了根本的变化。部分年轻的、文化程度高的女性实现了非农就业,而因为本身文化水平较低、劳动技能单一等诸多条件限制,农村40岁以上60岁以下大龄妇女劳动力成为农业生产的主力军,但因农业产业结构调整和农村耕地的日益减少以及土地利用率不高,收入偏低,所以她们急切需要尽快脱贫致富。以开封市为例而开展的研究表明,我市农村大龄妇女有较强的就业意愿,但因个人、家庭、社会及其他条件限制,就业率很低,已经就业的大龄妇女就业岗位不理想,收入偏低,未就业的亟待就业。通过对农村大龄妇女的就业现状及就业意向的了解,笔者根据调查结果认真分析了影响农村大龄妇女就业的因素,认为个人、家庭、企业、社会及其他方面的多种综合因素都会左右农村大龄妇女的就业抉择。结合开封市目前在政府政策层面采取的一系列的措施,探索推动农村大龄妇女就业的多种渠道。通过本文的研究,推动农村大龄妇女就业创业的对策则可以从政府、个人、企业、社会四个方面进行路径优化选择。
[Abstract]:Since 1980s, with China's rapid economic and social development and industrialization, city urbanization, increasing rural migrant workers, the employment structure and the situation of rural fundamental change. Some of the young women, a high degree of culture to achieve non-agricultural employment, and because of their low cultural level, to limit labor skills such as single condition, rural 40 years old 60 years old older women's labor force become the main force in agricultural production, but due to the adjustment of agricultural structure and rural farmland decreasing and the land utilization rate is not high, low income, so they are in urgent need of poverty as soon as possible. To study and carry out the kaifengcity I suggest that older women in rural city have strong employment intention, but for personal, family, social restrictions and other conditions, the employment rate is very low, the employment of older women Female employment is not ideal, low income, not employment to employment. Through the employment status and employment intention of rural older women to understand, according to the survey results analyzed the factors affecting the rural employment of older women that individual, family, business, employment choice of various factors of social and other aspects of the will about rural older women. Combined with the city being taken in the aspect of government policy a series of measures, a variety of channels to explore and promote the rural employment of older women. Through this study, countermeasures to promote rural elder women employment and entrepreneurship will be from the government, individuals, enterprises, society four aspects of path selection.
