物业智能监管控系统的研究及应用

【摘要】：针对物业公司及物业管理现状的研究,搭建物业智能监管控系统,解决集团物业公司信息不能及时共享、物业现状监控不到位、运维不及时等问题。系统具有物业监控、运行管理、设备管理、资产管理、工况诊断、预警报警、任务管理、运维管理、指标评价(KQI)、数据挖掘等功能。本文阐述了系统架构、功能设计及现场应用配置。通过系统的实际运用表明,利用监控中心、PC端及移动App三位一体的模式,全面监控管物业的运行状态,有效地提高物业管理公司的运行效率和管理水平,同时,也为提高业主的满意度提供了保障。
[Abstract]:Based on the research of property companies and property management, the paper sets up a property intelligent supervision and control system to solve the problems such as the information of group property companies can not be shared in time, the monitoring of property status is not in place, and the operation and maintenance are not in time. The system has the functions of property monitoring, operation management, equipment management, asset management, condition diagnosis, early warning and alarm, task management, operation and maintenance management, index evaluation and KQI, data mining and so on. This paper describes the system architecture, function design and field application configuration. Through the practical application of the system, it is shown that by using the three-in-one mode of monitoring center and mobile App, the running state of the management property can be completely monitored, and the running efficiency and management level of the property management company can be effectively improved, and at the same time, the operation efficiency and management level of the property management company can be effectively improved. Also to improve the satisfaction of the owners to provide protection.
