南昌市物流业空间集聚特征与演变仿真研究

【摘要】:产业集群是社会生产力和经济高速发展的必然趋势,产业的发展与集群都表现出动态变化的规律,作为第三产业的物流产业,也是如此。随着物流产业成为城市经济增长的主要因素之一,对物流企业的空间布局研究越来越受到广泛的关注。物流业包括有仓储、运输、信息、货运等许多子产业,是一种复合型产业,是中国国民经济组成的重要一部分,物流业涉及的范围大、吸收就业人口多,在促进中国国民经济的发展和提高竞争力等方面有着非常重要的作用。本研究在相关集聚理论的基础上对南昌市物流业集聚特征进行了相关研究分析。通过传统统计测度方法对南昌市的物流企业的集聚指数进行了测算。利用交通运输、仓储和邮政业相关数据分析计算得出南昌市物流企业的区位熵均大于1,这表示出南昌市的物流企业分布在空间上存在集聚的现象,并且南昌市范围内以物流为职业的人数大大高于江西省的相应人数。一般认为区位熵LQ的值如果在2以上时,或者是专业化指数的值在0.5以上时,此产业的服务就主要为区外服务。通过计算,南昌市的物流产业相对于江西省而言,其专业化水平明显高于全省平均水平,所以南昌市的物流产业为专业化较高的区外服务型产业。利用江西省物流协会提供的数据计算出南昌市物流产业2012年和2013年的行业集中度为:36.5%和37.8%,依据划分标准得出南昌市物流产业的市场结构为中高度集中。利用动态的集聚指数分析得出南昌市2005-2014年的物流企业的增长速度为:0.1157,分析出南昌市物流企业为增长型产业;江西省2005-2014年的物流企业的增长速度为:0.0946,可以得出江西省的物流企业也属于增长型产业;南昌市物流企业动态集聚指数为:1.2230。结果说明南昌市物流企业的增长速度大于江西省物流企业增长的平均速度,已经在一定程度上出现了动态集聚的现象。利用地理信息系统ArcGIS与南昌市1496家物流企业的地理信息数据,分析研究得出南昌市物流企业的空间分布逐渐显现出向郊区转移的趋势。根据研究分析和建模仿真,提出了南昌市物流业的建设应该从降低物流业运营成本、提高物流业货运效率、提高物流业的通讯能力,从制度体系、科技创新、物流专业人才的培养、物流培训机构的建设、基础设施的建设到现代化信息技术的大范围应用等方面进行合理规划,并提出具有可实施性的南昌市物流业空间布局与集聚模式的建设规划建议。
[Abstract]:Industrial cluster is the inevitable trend of social productivity and rapid development of economy. The development of industry and cluster show the law of dynamic change, as the logistics industry of the third industry, the same is true. With logistics industry becoming one of the main factors of urban economic growth, more and more attention has been paid to the spatial distribution of logistics enterprises. The logistics industry includes many sub-industries, such as warehousing, transportation, information, freight transportation, and so on. It is a composite industry and an important part of China's national economy. The logistics industry involves a wide range of people and absorbs a large number of employed people. It plays a very important role in promoting the development of China's national economy and improving its competitiveness. On the basis of relevant agglomeration theory, this paper analyzes the characteristics of logistics agglomeration in Nanchang. The agglomeration index of logistics enterprises in Nanchang is measured by traditional statistical measurement method. The location entropy of logistics enterprises in Nanchang is all greater than 1, which indicates that the distribution of logistics enterprises in Nanchang has the phenomenon of agglomeration in space. In Nanchang, the number of people working in logistics is much higher than that in Jiangxi Province. It is generally believed that if the location entropy LQ is more than 2, or the specialization index is above 0.5, the service of this industry is mainly out-of-area service. Through calculation, compared with Jiangxi Province, the specialization level of logistics industry in Nanchang City is obviously higher than the average level of the whole province, so the logistics industry in Nanchang City is a highly specialized service industry outside the region. According to the data provided by Jiangxi Logistics Association, the industry concentration of Nanchang logistics industry in 2012 and 2013 is calculated to be 36.5% and 37.8% respectively, and the market structure of logistics industry in Nanchang is medium and highly concentrated according to the standard of division. The dynamic agglomeration index analysis shows that the growth rate of logistics enterprises in Nanchang from 2005 to 2014 is 0. 1157, and the logistics enterprises in Nanchang are growth industries. The growth rate of logistics enterprises in Jiangxi Province from 2005 to 2014 is 0: 0.0946. It can be concluded that the logistics enterprises in Jiangxi Province are also growth industries, and the dynamic agglomeration index of logistics enterprises in Nanchang is 1. 2230. The results show that the growth rate of logistics enterprises in Nanchang is higher than the average growth rate of logistics enterprises in Jiangxi Province, and the phenomenon of dynamic agglomeration has appeared to some extent. By using the geographic information system (ArcGIS) and the geographic information data of 1496 logistics enterprises in Nanchang, it is concluded that the spatial distribution of logistics enterprises in Nanchang is gradually moving to the suburbs. According to the research, analysis, modeling and simulation, the paper puts forward that the construction of logistics industry in Nanchang should be based on reducing the operating cost of logistics industry, improving the efficiency of freight transportation, improving the communication ability of logistics industry, and innovating in system and science and technology. The training of logistics professionals, the construction of logistics training institutions, the construction of infrastructure to the large-scale application of modern information technology, and so on, The paper also puts forward some suggestions for the construction of spatial layout and agglomeration mode of logistics industry in Nanchang.
