住房公积金的住房保障水平测度及其比较研究

【摘要】：住房公积金制度是我国城镇住房保障制度的一个重要组成部分,其保障水平的高低直接关系到城镇居民的居住水平。测度分析各地住房公积金的住房保障水平,发现存在明显的地带区域性:东部地带的住房公积金住房保障水平最高,在经济发展的同时提高了保障水平;西部地带的住房公积金住房保障水平虽然较高,但与其经济发展水平并不相匹配,超过了其经济发展的承受能力;中部地带总体的经济发展水平较低,住房公积金的住房保障水平也较低,两者需要同时提高。住房公积金住房保障水平的调整应该结合各地的经济发展实况进行。
[Abstract]:The housing accumulation fund system is an important part of the urban housing security system in China, and its level of security is directly related to the living level of urban residents. By measuring and analyzing the housing security level of the housing provident fund in various places, it is found that there are obvious regional areas: the housing security level of the housing accumulation fund in the eastern region is the highest, and the level of housing security has been improved while the economy is developing; Although the housing provident fund housing security level in the western region is relatively high, it does not match its level of economic development and exceeds its economic development capacity; the overall level of economic development in the central region is relatively low. Housing accumulation fund housing security level is also low, both need to improve at the same time. Housing accumulation fund housing security level adjustment should be combined with local economic development.
