基于DEA方法的大庆油田生产效率评价研究

【摘要】:大庆油田作为我国最大的石油生产基地,在我国经济社会发展中占据着不可替代的战略地位,它的原油产量曾经达到了我国同时期内陆上油田产量的47%以上,很好的保障了我国石油的安全供给量。然而,在经历了几十年的开采后,油田的发展受到了地质因素、技术、经营管理以及长期油量供应等方面的限制,使得大庆油田进入了面临严峻挑战的减产阶段。由于大庆油田的原油生产量在全国原油产量中所占比重较大,其是否能够更好、更有效的进行生产在一定程度上影响着我国能源的安全与经济的发展。而了解大庆油田的生产效率便能够更好的发现并解决其目前存在的问题,这也使得大庆油田生产效率的评价将具有重要现实意义。本文主要依据数据包络分析现有理论的基础上,结合油田当前客观情况,选取投入产出指标,构造相应数学模型,综合评价大庆油田生产效率情况,对大庆油田目前所面临的问题进行了分析。并选取行业同类型单位进行比较分析,以期找出存在的优势与不足,为决策者在决策过程中提供参考根据,并为未来油田生产的科学发展提供检验与评价。本文首先应用传统模型求得各油田在所研究年份中的效率值,将大庆油田的效率值与其他油田的效率值进行横向比较;其次运用DEA-Malmquist指数法得到各油田的全要素生产率变动指数及其分解,纵向比较大庆油田各年间的生产效率变动,与其他油田进行对比,并对全要素生产率变动指数进行收敛性检验,发现评价系统内的整体变化趋势;最后,对油田生产效率的影响因素进行分析总结,根据实际情况对大庆油田的均衡可持续发展提出建议。研究结果显示,大庆油田在评价系统内始终保持着较高的生产效率水平,处于领先地位。然而,通过动态分析可知,大庆油田的全要素生产率变动指数的均值小于1,在所研究年份中效率有所下降,且油田原油生产效率受到技术变动的影响明显。经过收敛性检验可发现,效率评价系统内存在明收敛现象。
[Abstract]:As the largest oil production base in China, Daqing Oilfield occupies an irreplaceable strategic position in the economic and social development of our country. Its crude oil output has reached more than 47% of the onshore oil production in the same period of our country. A very good guarantee of China's oil supply safety. However, after decades of exploitation, the development of the oil field is restricted by geological factors, technology, management and long-term oil supply, which makes Daqing Oilfield enter the stage of production reduction which is facing severe challenges. Because the crude oil production of Daqing oil field accounts for a large proportion of the national crude oil production, whether it can be better or not, more effective production will affect the energy security and economic development in China to a certain extent. Understanding the production efficiency of Daqing Oilfield can better find out and solve the existing problems, which also makes the evaluation of Daqing Oilfield production efficiency will have important practical significance. Based on the existing theory of data envelopment analysis and combined with the objective situation of oil field, this paper selects the input-output index, constructs the corresponding mathematical model, and synthetically evaluates the production efficiency of Daqing Oilfield. The problems faced by Daqing Oilfield are analyzed. In order to find out the advantages and disadvantages of the same types of units in the industry, to provide reference for the decision makers in the decision-making process, and to provide testing and evaluation for the scientific development of oilfield production in the future. In this paper, the conventional model is first used to calculate the efficiency values of each oilfield in the years studied, and the efficiency values of Daqing oilfield are compared horizontally with those of other oilfields. Secondly, the total factor productivity change index and its decomposition of each oilfield are obtained by using DEA-Malmquist index method, and the production efficiency changes of Daqing oilfield in each year are compared longitudinally, and compared with other oilfields. The convergence test of the total factor productivity change index is carried out to find the overall change trend in the evaluation system. Finally, the factors affecting the production efficiency of the oilfield are analyzed and summarized. According to the actual situation, some suggestions are put forward for the balanced and sustainable development of Daqing Oilfield. The results show that Daqing Oilfield always maintains a high production efficiency level and is in the leading position in the evaluation system. However, through dynamic analysis, it can be seen that the average value of total factor productivity change index of Daqing oilfield is less than 1, and the efficiency of oil production is decreased in the year under study, and the oil production efficiency is obviously affected by technical changes. Through the convergence test, it can be found that there is a clear convergence phenomenon in the efficiency evaluation system.
