【摘要】：苏州古城工业经历分期分批的"退二进三",大多已"退城进区",现留存企业数量甚少,分量轻弱,且规模以下的占绝大部分,生产经营优势难以再起。依据苏州古城个性特点和是否有利于"古城保护"总原则要求,综合古城各工业行业及企业主营业务、企业实情等,应继续加紧分类分期分批推进现存工业企业的关、停、并、转、迁,直至古城"去工业";按照鼓励发展、适度控制/转型发展、严格控制/分期退迁,编制《苏州古城引导与控制产业(工业)目录》,并以古城"去工业"的相关配套举措提供支持。
