劳动密集型企业和谐劳动关系评价体系构建与实证研究

【摘要】:劳动关系一方面能够影响我国经济的发展,另外一方面还能够影响企业的劳动成本、生产率以及最终利润。然而,近几年来,我国劳动争议、劳动纠纷案件呈现上升趋势,剧烈的劳动冲突不仅对企业和劳动者造成不利影响,而且会影响国家经济的持续增长和社会安定。在这些案例中,劳动密集型企业所占据的比重比较大,这是由于这类企业自身的特点所决定的。因此,如何解决劳动密集型企业劳动关系问题已经成为构建和谐劳动关系的首要任务,而且对劳动密集型企业中劳动关系的评价和预警也十分迫切。在这项研究中,首先对企业劳动关系和劳动关系评价的国内外研究现状进行了综述,以此来总结专家学者的相关研究理论,并且在研究的时候得以借鉴。在这个基础上,详细的介绍了有关设计劳动关系评价指标的相关理论,从而分析劳动密集型企业中劳动关系的特点以及影响因素。继而在这个基础上,初设一下劳动密集型企业中劳动关系的评价指标,以免遗漏重要的评价指标。接着就是筛选指标,这一步使用的方法是鉴别力分析法和相关分析法,筛选出那些具有代表性指标,以免造成指标的交叉与重复。在确定评价指标之后,使用因子分析法来给指标赋权,并且进一步优化指标的结构,从而得到一套完整的劳动密集型企业劳动关系评价指标体系。最后,本文使用劳动密集型企业中劳动关系的评价指标来评价我国劳动密集型企业中劳动关系的问题。通过本文研究得到由3个一级指标和22个二级指标所构成的劳动密集型企业劳动关系评价指标体系。通过使用本研究设计的指标体系,较好的对我国劳动密集型企业中的劳动关系进行评价,这也验证了该评价体系的科学性、合理性以及可行性。
[Abstract]:On the one hand, labor relations can affect the economic development of our country, on the other hand, it can also affect the labor cost, productivity and final profit of enterprises. However, in recent years, labor disputes and cases of labor disputes in China are on the rise. The fierce labor conflicts not only have a negative impact on enterprises and workers, but also affect the sustained growth of national economy and social stability. In these cases, labor-intensive enterprises account for a large proportion because of their own characteristics. Therefore, how to solve the problem of labor relations in labor-intensive enterprises has become the primary task of constructing harmonious labor relations, and the evaluation and early warning of labor relations in labor-intensive enterprises are also very urgent. In this study, first of all, the domestic and foreign research status of enterprise labor relations and labor relations evaluation are summarized to sum up the relevant research theories of experts and scholars, and can be used for reference in the research. On this basis, this paper introduces the related theories of designing labor relations evaluation index in detail, and then analyzes the characteristics and influencing factors of labor relations in labor-intensive enterprises. On this basis, the evaluation index of labor relations in labor-intensive enterprises is initially established to avoid the omission of important evaluation indicators. Then there is the selection of indicators, which uses discriminant analysis method and correlation analysis method to screen out the representative indicators, so as to avoid the overlapping and repetition of the indicators. After determining the evaluation index, we use the factor analysis method to give weight to the index, and further optimize the structure of the index, so as to obtain a complete set of labor-intensive enterprises labor relationship evaluation index system. Finally, this paper uses the evaluation index of labor relations in labor-intensive enterprises to evaluate the problems of labor relations in labor-intensive enterprises in China. Through the research of this paper, the evaluation index system of labor relations in labor-intensive enterprises is obtained, which is composed of 3 first-grade indexes and 22 second-class indexes. By using the index system designed in this study, the evaluation of labor relations in labor-intensive enterprises in China is better, which also verifies the scientific, rational and feasibility of the evaluation system.
