京津冀区域协同创新发展的路径研究

【摘要】：区域协同创新是以创新型企业为引领和主体,以载体平台、创新部门和结构调整为主要方式,实现区域创新发展的过程。以这一过程的内在机理为指引,发现京津冀地区的协同创新存在创新型企业的支撑和核心引领作用不突出、创新载体整合力度不足、创新部门分割、结构调整的内在动力不足等制约问题。未来应该通过培育明星企业和企业家、建设创新生态系统、吸引创新资源、疏解非首都核心功能等方式,从企业、载体、部门、结构等对协同创新路径进行优化。
[Abstract]:Regional collaborative innovation is a process of realizing regional innovation and development by taking innovative enterprises as the leading and main body, carrier platform, innovation department and structural adjustment as the main way. Guided by the internal mechanism of this process, it is found that the supporting and core leading role of innovative enterprises is not prominent, the integration of innovation carriers is insufficient, and the division of innovation departments exists in the area of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. The internal motive power of structural adjustment is insufficient and so on. In the future, we should optimize the path of collaborative innovation from enterprises, carriers, departments and structures by cultivating star enterprises and entrepreneurs, building innovation ecosystem, attracting innovative resources and unlocking the core functions of non-capital.
