农民工住房保障供给机制存在的问题及其解决路径

【摘要】：目前,农民工的住房保障供给机制尚不完善,供给主体、供给政策、供给资源和供给功能四个方面均呈现出碎片化特征。农民工住房保障机制应该以整体性治理为目标导向,整合住房保障主体以实现主体间的合作,整合住房保障政策以确保政策的系统性与有效性,整合住房保障资源以保证政策的有效执行,整合住房保障功能以获得最大效果,从而破解农民工住房保障的碎片化困境。
[Abstract]:At present, the housing security supply mechanism of migrant workers is not perfect, supply main body, supply policy, supply resources and supply function all show fragmentation characteristics. The housing security mechanism of migrant workers should be guided by holistic governance, integrate the main body of housing security to realize the cooperation among the subjects, and integrate the housing security policy to ensure the systematization and effectiveness of the policy. The integration of housing security resources to ensure the effective implementation of policies, the integration of housing security function to obtain the greatest effect, so as to solve the fragmentation of migrant workers' housing security dilemma.
