环境约束下中国能源环境效率区域差异性分析

【摘要】：本文运用超效率DEA方法,估算了2004-2013年中国区域基于环境污染异质性的全要素能源效率,分析了区域能源与环境协调性。结果显示:环境因素是目前中国能源效率仍处于较低水平的重要因素之一;我国区域间环境因素差异化较大,东部地区除河北、山东省之外的大多数省份以及东北地区的辽宁省,能够实现能源环境协调发展,西部绝大多数省份的能源与环境之间关系没有得到根本性改善,且东、中、西部差距不断扩大。
[Abstract]:In this paper, we use the super efficiency DEA method to estimate the total factor energy efficiency based on the heterogeneity of environmental pollution in China for 2004-2013 years and analyze the coordination of regional energy and environment. The results show that environmental factors are one of the important factors that are still at a low level in China's energy efficiency, and the regional environmental factors are different in China. In addition to Hebei, most of the provinces outside Shandong province and Liaoning province in Northeast China, the energy environment can be coordinated and developed. The relationship between energy and environment in most provinces of the West has not been fundamentally improved, and the gap between the East, the middle and the West has been widening.
