食品安全、政策失效与决策逻辑——基于“行动—制度”的二重性分析

【摘要】：食品安全是关系国计民生、人民健康和社会公信力的大事,但近年来,食品安全问题不仅没有得到有效遏制,还有不断扩大化的趋势。文章运用社会学结构化理论来分析食品安全政策失效的原因,并对现行的决策逻辑进行解构,进而提出合作式决策的框架。
[Abstract]:Food safety is a major event related to the national economy and people's livelihood, people's health and social credibility. However, in recent years, the food safety problem has not only not been effectively contained, but also has a trend of continuous expansion. This paper analyzes the reasons for the failure of food safety policy by using the sociological structured theory, and deconstructs the current decision logic, and then puts forward the framework of cooperative decision making.
