基于移动终端的网络化外协加工物流信息实时管控系统

【摘要】:当前,我国的一些机械制造企业由于本身的设备或技术上有所不足,越来越多地选择充分利用社会存量资源,将部分零部件或半成品交给其他单位进行外协加工。目前在我国大多数的外协加工模式中,主机厂对其外协零部件的物流信息管控仍不够完善,缺乏信息化手段对外协过程中零部件的收发货及实时物流定位信息等进行系统管理,导致主机厂与外协厂之间并没有形成一个及时、有效的反馈机制,进而影响了主机厂的生产优化调度与资源优化配置。本文针对外协加工过程物流信息实时管控的困难和需求,在已有研究成果的基础上对外协加工物流信息实时管控做了进一步的研究和探索。首先,通过分析国内外目前对外协加工过程信息化提升的研究现状,结合外协加工过程物流信息实时管控的特点和需求,提出一种基于移动终端的网络化外协加工物流信息实时管控方法及其支持系统,并对系统的总体思路、体系结构以及功能结构进行了研究。其次,在以上体系结构和功能结构研究的基础上,对系统实现的部分关键技术进行了研究,包括基于Android的智能移动终端的实现技术,基于Web Service的外协加工物流实时管控业务流程描述模型和智能移动终端混合定位数据采集技术等。最后,在以上研究的基础上,结合江苏镇江西门子母线有限公司外协业务中的实际需求,设计和开发一套基于移动终端的网络化外协加工物流信息实时管控系统,并进行实施和应用,实现了对外协加工过程物流信息的实时管控,取得良好应用效果。
[Abstract]:At present, some machinery manufacturing enterprises in our country are choosing to make full use of the resources of social stock and give some parts or semi-finished products to other units for outsourcing processing because of their own shortcomings in equipment or technology. The management and control is still not perfect, and the lack of information-based means to systematically manage the receipt and delivery of spare parts and real-time logistics positioning information in the process of outsourcing leads to the absence of a timely and effective feedback mechanism between the host plant and the outsourcing plant, thus affecting the optimal production scheduling and resource allocation of the host plant. The difficulties and requirements of real-time management and control of logistics information in machining process have been further studied and explored on the basis of existing research results. Firstly, by analyzing the current research situation of information promotion of outsourcing machining process at home and abroad, and combining with the real-time management and control of logistics information in outsourcing machining process In this paper, a real-time management and control method and its support system of logistics information for networked outsourcing machining based on mobile terminal are proposed. The overall idea, architecture and functional structure of the system are studied. Secondly, some key technologies of the system implementation are studied on the basis of the above architecture and functional structure. The research includes the implementation technology of intelligent mobile terminal based on Android, the description model of logistics real-time management and control business process based on Web Service and the data acquisition technology of intelligent mobile terminal mixed positioning. Requirements, design and develop a network based on mobile terminal outsourcing logistics information real-time management and control system, and implementation and application, to achieve the outsourcing process logistics information real-time management and control, and achieved good application results.
