企业关系网络中知识共享问题研究

【摘要】:随着知识经济时代的到来,知识资源成为继土地、劳动力等物质资本之后的又一重要生产要素,知识共享已逐渐成为整个知识管理的核心,对知识管理效果起着决定性作用。企业的知识共享对于提高企业的创新能力和核心竞争力具有重要的意义,而基于竞争与合作关系所建立的企业关系网络为企业知识共享活动的开展提供了良好的平台。因此,在企业关系网络中研究知识共享问题,能够使人们对企业与企业之间的知识共享有一个更加清晰和全面的了解,同时也可以为企业间知识共享活动的开展提供更多的指导和支持。本文在研究企业关系网络中的知识共享问题过程中,将企业作为一个有限理性决策主体,通过比较强弱不同关系网络下企业知识共享决策行为过程及其特点,探讨了企业与企业间的知识共享决策行为规律。考虑到处于网络中的企业间的知识共享应该以企业内部个体与个体间的知识共享、个体与组织间的知识共享为前提,因此,文章主要分企业内外两方面,就个体与个体、个体与组织、企业与企业间的知识共享三个层次进行研究。具体地,一是通过定性与定量相结合的方法,研究了企业内部个体间的知识共享影响因素及其相关规律。通过研究发现,个体知识共享决策行为主要受到个体自身因素和外部关系网络因素的影响和制约。其中,个体间的关系会影响个体的认知水平和心理因素,而认知水平和心理因素又会影响个体知识共享决策行为。二是利用行为经济学中的前景理论,建立了知识共享决策分析模型,研究了企业内部个体与组织之间的知识共享决策行为规律。通过研究发现,’无论是个体还是组织,影响编辑和评价的一系列因素都会影响个体与组织的决策行为。具体来说这些因素主要包括企业的知识管理体系、知识共享奖惩机制、决策相关信息、诚信的企业文化等。三是利用进化博弈理论与方法,通过建立博弈模型,分别研究了企业外部不同强、弱关系网络中的企业间知识共享决策行为规律。通过强弱不同关系网络中企业间知识共享决策行为规律的比较,发现企业间知识共享的收益和成本会影响企业间的知识共享决策行为,即若提高同时选择不共享策略各企业的成本,或者使企业知识共享的利润大于搭便车的利润,都将使企业间知识共享的概率增加。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of knowledge economy era, knowledge resources become another important factor of production after physical capital such as land, labor force, etc. Knowledge sharing has gradually become the core of the whole knowledge management, which plays a decisive role in the effect of knowledge management. The knowledge sharing of enterprises is of great significance to improve the innovation ability and core competitiveness of enterprises, and the enterprise relationship network based on competition and cooperative relationship provides a good platform for the development of enterprise knowledge sharing activities. Therefore, the study of knowledge sharing in the enterprise relationship network can enable people to have a clearer and more comprehensive understanding of the knowledge sharing between enterprises and enterprises. At the same time, it can also provide more guidance and support for knowledge sharing activities between enterprises. In the course of studying the knowledge sharing problem in the enterprise relationship network, this paper regards the enterprise as a limited rational decision-making subject, and compares the behavior process and characteristics of the enterprise knowledge sharing decision under the strong and weak relationship network. This paper discusses the behavior law of knowledge sharing decision-making between enterprises and enterprises. Considering that the knowledge sharing among enterprises in the network should be based on the knowledge sharing between individuals and individuals within enterprises, and between individuals and organizations, the article is mainly divided into two aspects: individual and individual. Individuals and organizations, enterprises and enterprises to share knowledge between the three levels of research. Specifically, the first is to study the influencing factors and related rules of knowledge sharing among individuals through the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. It is found that the decision-making behavior of individual knowledge sharing is mainly influenced and restricted by the factors of individual self and external relationship network. Among them, the relationship between individuals will affect the cognitive level and psychological factors, and cognitive level and psychological factors will affect the individual knowledge sharing decision-making behavior. Secondly, using the prospect theory in behavioral economics, the decision analysis model of knowledge sharing is established, and the behavior law of knowledge sharing decision between individual and organization is studied. Through the research, it is found that a series of factors affecting editing and evaluation will affect the decision-making behavior of individuals and organizations, whether they are individuals or organizations. Specifically, these factors include knowledge management system, knowledge sharing reward and punishment mechanism, decision-related information, corporate culture of good faith and so on. Thirdly, by using evolutionary game theory and method, the decision behavior of knowledge sharing among enterprises in different strong and weak relationship networks is studied by establishing a game model. By comparing the behavior rules of knowledge sharing among enterprises in different relationship networks, it is found that the benefits and costs of knowledge sharing among enterprises will affect the decision-making behavior of knowledge sharing among enterprises. That is to say, if we increase the cost of choosing non-sharing strategy at the same time, or make the profit of knowledge sharing greater than the profit of hitchhiking, it will increase the probability of knowledge sharing among enterprises.
