【摘要】：正城镇化显然是"十三五"时期一个重要的发展方向,过去谈得非常多,但是在这个问题上,我觉得应该存在一些误区,或者说一些有争议的地方。首先第一点要谈的是对城市和城市化的定义。全世界并没有一个统一的定义,在研究城市化的问题时大家也并没有共识。现在我们按统计局公布的——按城市常住人口来统计的城镇化率,我的印象中应该是55%左右。对这个数
