工程项目结束期项目干系人团队合作行为研究

【摘要】:在工程项目结束期内,由于项目主体工作结束,项目干系人团队成员的责任心变得比较弱,开始敷衍了事,有些团队甚至于逃避工作、工作人员提前撤离,这些现象都影响了建设项目的顺利结束。因而本文选择工程项目结束期项目干系人团队合作的行为进行研究具有很重要的现实意义。区别于其他相关文章对项目团队成员合作行为的研究,本文主要在前人对项目团队成员合作进行研究的基础上,选择了建设项目结束期这一时期内项目干系人团队成员问合作情况作为研究对象,对建设项目结束期内项目干系人团队合作的难点重点以及合作中出现的问题进行总结,分析影响项目结束期内合作形成的因素,并项目干系人中的建设单位与参建单位之间的组织构架、管理模式以及激励机制进行剖析,根据项目结束期内项目团队的特点,构建建设项目结束期的团队合作的演化博弈模型,探讨什么样的激励机制或者管理模式是有利于项目团队成员之间的合作。本文主要从两个维度来研究项目结束期项目干系人团队合作行为:(1)结合项目结束期的情况,建立工程项目结束期建设单位成员与参建设单位成员之间的合作行为博弈模型,分析了项目结束期建设单位成员与参建单位成员双方不重视合作行为的原因,以及双方都重视合作行为的前提条件,最后结合实际案例用仿真分析,证明了相关措施对促进建设单位及参建单位在项目结束期重视合作行为的重要性。(2)对项目结束期内各个参建单位成员之间合作行为进行研究,在考虑对团队成员合作成果进行奖励的情况下,构建了项目结束期内配合建设单位进行收尾工作的各个参与建设的单位成员选择工作努力情况的行为演化博弈模型,并对其进行分析研究,得出了项目结束期内采用诸如对合作成果进行奖励的措施是切实有效的。
[Abstract]:During the completion period of the project, due to the completion of the main work of the project, the team members of the project stakeholders became less responsible and began to work perfunctorily. Some teams even evaded work, and the staff were evacuated early. These phenomena have affected the successful conclusion of the construction project. Therefore, it is of great practical significance for this paper to select the behavior of project stakeholders' team cooperation at the end of the project. Different from other related articles on the cooperative behavior of project team members, this paper is mainly based on the previous research on project team members' cooperation. Select the project stakeholders team members as the research object, summarize the key points of the project stakeholders team cooperation and the problems that appear in the cooperation during the period of the end of the construction project, and select the project stakeholders team members as the research object during the period of the end of the construction project, and summarize the key points of the project stakeholders team cooperation and the problems in the cooperation. This paper analyzes the factors that affect the formation of cooperation in the end of the project, and analyzes the organizational structure, the management model and the incentive mechanism between the construction units and the participating units in the project stakeholders, according to the characteristics of the project team during the end of the project. This paper constructs an evolutionary game model of team cooperation at the end of construction project and discusses what kind of incentive mechanism or management model is beneficial to the cooperation among the members of the project team. This paper mainly studies the cooperative behavior of project stakeholders in the end of the project from two dimensions: (1) according to the situation of the end of the project, the game model of cooperative behavior between the members of the construction unit and the member of the construction unit in the end of the project is established. This paper analyzes the reasons why the members of the construction unit and the participating units do not attach importance to the cooperative behavior and the preconditions for both sides to attach importance to the cooperative behavior at the end of the project. It proves the importance of relevant measures to promote the construction units and participating units to attach importance to cooperative behavior in the end of the project. (2) to study the cooperative behavior among the members of each participating unit during the period of the end of the project. Considering the reward of team members' cooperation results, a game model of behavior evolution of the members of the construction units involved in the closing work of the construction units during the period of the end of the project is constructed. Through the analysis and research, it is concluded that it is effective to use measures such as reward for cooperation results in the end of the project.
