基于熵权物元可拓理论的工程建设项目评标模型研究

【摘要】:工程项目招投标是招标单位挑选适合工程项目特点的项目承包单位的重要方式。而工程项目评标则是这个过程中最重要的环节,评标质量的好坏直接决定了工程项目的质量。因此,为了保证工程项目评标环节的公平、公正、科学、合理,保护招投标双方的利益,提高工程的建设的质量,研究科学、合理、有效的评标理论具有十分重要的意义。本文基于工程建设项目的特点,在综述了国内外研究现状,概述了工程项目招投标的一般程序和评标原则,分析传统评标方法的不足的基础上,提出了基于熵权物元可拓理论的综合评标方法并进行了实例验证。首先,从工程的建设项目招投标理论入手,通过详的细分析国内外的的工程建设项目的招投标的评标的研究现状,理清了国内外评标理论的大致研究方向。本文还详细的介绍了招投标的一些理论,如招标范围、方式、基本程序以及目前评标过程中存在的一些不足和问题,通过结合我国工程项目评标的实际情况,系统的分析了我国现有评标理论的优劣,为以后评标理论的发展提供了一定的依据。文章还对工程项目评标指标体系进行了深入的研究,构建了项目评标指标体系。在此的基础上,提出了综合了信息熵理论、物元可拓理论的熵权物元可拓理论,以用于工程项目的评标。在文章的第四部分,首先,分别介绍了熵权物元可拓理论的两个基础理论,通过对信息熵理论的分析,提出了以专家打分法为数据基础,以信息熵理论的基本原理来确定评标指标权重的方法;通过分析物元可拓理论,理清了将可拓理论应用于工程项目评标的具体思路。其次,对熵权物元可拓理论评价方的法的基本的原理、特点、评判原则和主的要的步骤进行了详细的分析。首先利的用熵权模糊理论对项目的指标体系中的定性的、定量的指标进行数据的处理,并根据信息熵理论和模糊综合评价方法确定项目评标指标的权重。引入物元可拓理论评价方法,建立了评标物元的经典域、节域和关联度矩阵,然后再根据以上确定的指标权重,根据最大关联度原则,获得物元评价结果。由此便构建了工程建设项目熵权物元可拓理论综合评价方法。通过对实例的分析,该模型的应用使工程建设项目评标的过的程更加科学和准确。经分析研究,本文所提出的工程的建设项目基于熵权物元可拓理论的综合评标的模型具有一定的实用性,能够为工程项目的评标提供较为有效的理论依据。
[Abstract]:Project bidding is an important way for the bidding unit to select the project contracting unit suitable for the characteristics of the project. The evaluation of project bid is the most important link in this process. The quality of bid evaluation directly determines the quality of engineering project. Therefore, in order to ensure the fair, just, scientific, reasonable, protect the interests of both the bidding and bid, improve the quality of the construction of the project, study the scientific, reasonable and effective bid evaluation theory has a very important significance. Based on the characteristics of engineering construction projects, this paper summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad, summarizes the general procedures and principles of bidding for engineering projects, and analyzes the shortcomings of traditional bidding evaluation methods. A comprehensive bid evaluation method based on entropy weight matter-element extension theory is proposed and verified by an example. First of all, from the construction project bidding theory, through the detailed analysis of the domestic and foreign construction project bidding evaluation research status quo, clear the domestic and foreign bidding evaluation theory of the approximate research direction. This paper also introduces in detail some theories of bidding, such as the scope, the way, the basic procedure and the shortcomings and problems existing in the process of bid evaluation at present, through the combination of the actual situation of bidding evaluation of engineering projects in our country. This paper systematically analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing bid evaluation theory in China, and provides a certain basis for the development of the bidding evaluation theory in the future. The paper also makes a deep study on the evaluation index system of engineering project bid, and constructs the index system of project bid evaluation. On this basis, the entropy weight matter-element extension theory which synthesizes the information entropy theory and the matter-element extension theory is put forward to be used in the evaluation of the project bid. In the fourth part of the paper, firstly, two basic theories of entropy weight matter-element extension theory are introduced, and through the analysis of the information entropy theory, the expert scoring method is proposed as the data basis. The basic principle of information entropy theory is used to determine the weight of bid evaluation index, and the concrete idea of applying extension theory to project bidding evaluation is clarified by analyzing matter-element extension theory. Secondly, the basic principle, characteristics, evaluation principles and main steps of the method for evaluating the square in the theory of entropy weight matter-element extension are analyzed in detail. Firstly, the qualitative and quantitative indexes in the index system of the project are processed by entropy weight fuzzy theory, and the weights of the evaluation indexes are determined according to the information entropy theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. By introducing the matter-element extension theory evaluation method, the classical domain, node domain and correlation degree matrix of the matter-element are established, and then according to the index weight determined above and the principle of maximum correlation degree, the evaluation results of the matter-element are obtained. Therefore, a comprehensive evaluation method of entropy weight matter-element extension theory for engineering construction project is constructed. Through the analysis of examples, the application of the model makes the evaluation of construction projects more scientific and accurate. Through analysis and research, the model of comprehensive bid evaluation based on entropy weight matter-element extension theory proposed in this paper has certain practicability, and can provide more effective theoretical basis for engineering project bid evaluation.
