国大36524连锁便利店城市物流配送模式与线路优化研究
[Abstract]:After 30 years of rapid development, chain convenience stores have spread all over the main secondary cities in the country. According to the statistics of the National Bureau of Statistics: by 2009, China has 96 chain convenience stores, the number of stores has reached 15779. Chain convenience stores have entered an era of fierce competition. The integration and differentiation in the form of business forms have put forward new requirements for convenience stores: first, relatively strong and stable chain brands have been formed in various regions; second, pressure from operating costs. In particular, logistics costs and labor costs gradually surfacing, restricting the continued development of some brands. The logistics distribution of chain convenience stores is a typical urban logistics distribution, which has the characteristics of uneven spatial distribution, multi-objective distribution, high complexity of logistics demand, and high pollution to the environment. This makes the efficiency of logistics cost and logistics service quality more prominent, and puts forward a more severe challenge to chain store management: on the one hand, chain convenience store effectively meets customers' random demand and provides electricity. On the other hand, due to the existence of profit motive, it brings the necessary commodity city logistics activities. Therefore, chain convenience stores, as an important part of urban logistics activities, must balance the needs of stakeholders in order to achieve sustainable development. By referring to and analyzing the previous researches on chain convenience store distribution, urban logistics and route optimization, it is found that the current chain convenience stores use different distribution modes and corresponding route optimization methods to improve the customer satisfaction of chain convenience stores. Then promote chain convenience stores to enhance brand influence and core competition, and explore a sustainable development road for chain convenience stores to make use of comparative advantages. And can transplant this advantage to the same kind of city logistics distribution research and exploration. This paper will analyze and study the characteristics and present situation of logistics distribution of 36524 convenience stores of the National University of China, and point out the value of the emergence and existence of chain convenience stores in the light of the changing law of retail formats. To explore the domestic chain convenience store logistics distribution problems. Then it analyzes the city logistics distribution of chain convenience store from many angles, and finds out the general method of selecting the city logistics distribution mode of chain convenience store, and establishes the decision model of the city logistics distribution route of 36524 convenience store of the National University of China by using mileage saving algorithm. Combined with the characteristics of different distribution modes to find the breakthrough point and key points of line optimization. At the same time, the solution based on network shopping line distribution is put forward. Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the distribution mode and the efficiency of the route optimization of the 36524 convenience store of the National University of China, combining with the "last kilometer" phenomenon of the city logistics. This paper demonstrates the feasibility of the design and improvement of the 36524 convenience store of the National University of China in order to achieve the portability of the corresponding achievements.
