湖北省新型城镇化发展模式研究

【摘要】：从第一个城市诞生之日起,人类就和城市结下了不解之缘。三次技术革命的出现,更是让世界城市人口由不到3%的增加到50%。到今天,城市已经对人们的衣食住行产生了不可分割的影响,城市已经融入我们的生活当中。我国城镇化发展起步较晚,但发展速度较快。改革开放后的近四十年里,我国城镇化取得了举世瞩目的成就。现在,我国正进入小康社会、和谐社会建设的关键时期,城镇化不仅是社会、经济的发展的源动力,还为改善人民福祉,提高居民生活水平创造了条件。湖北省,居于中部腹地,是我国中西部发展的支点,需要加快推进城镇化带动中西部地区的发展。在2013年,湖北省城镇化发展水平已经高于全国平均水平,但与我国东部地区,尤其是发达国家的发展水平相比还存在一定差距。同时,本省经济发展也未与城镇化建设形成良性互动,“城市病”问题逐渐显出。走新型城镇化发展道路是湖北省自然、经济、社会和谐发展的根本途径。本文分三步对湖北省新型城镇化发展模式进行了系统而全面的研究。第一步,对城镇化尤其是新型城镇化的研究背景、研究动态、相关概念、具体内涵进行了详细阐述,在此基础上,确定了本文的研究路线及创新点;第二步,对国内外典型城镇化发展模式进行了归纳和总结,并由此得出了城镇化发展的主要方式和途径;第三步是在对湖北省城镇化发展现状进行分析的基础上,针对湖北省各地发展实际,提出了新型城镇化三大发展目标,并就不同区域提出了不同的新型城镇化发展模式。
[Abstract]:From the date of the birth of the first city, mankind and the city formed an inextricable bond. The emergence of three technological revolutions has increased the world's urban population from less than 3% to 50%. Today, the city has had an inseparable impact on people's food, clothing, housing and transportation, and the city has been integrated into our life. Our country urbanization development starts late, but the development speed is fast. Nearly forty years after reform and opening up, China's urbanization has made remarkable achievements. At present, China is entering a well-off society, the key period of the construction of a harmonious society, urbanization is not only the source of social and economic development, but also to improve the well-being of the people, improve the living standards of residents create conditions. Hubei Province, living in the hinterland of the central part, is the fulcrum of the development of the central and western regions of China, so it is necessary to speed up the urbanization to promote the development of the central and western regions. In 2013, the development level of urbanization in Hubei Province has been higher than the national average level, but there is still a certain gap compared with the development level of the eastern region of China, especially the developed countries. At the same time, the province's economic development has not formed a benign interaction with the urbanization construction, and the problem of "urban disease" is gradually revealed. Taking the new way of urbanization is the basic way of harmonious development of nature, economy and society in Hubei Province. This paper makes a systematic and comprehensive study on the development model of new urbanization in Hubei Province in three steps. The first step, the research background of urbanization, especially the new urbanization, research trends, related concepts, specific connotations are described in detail, on the basis of this, determine the research line and innovative points of this paper; second step, This paper sums up and summarizes the typical urbanization development models at home and abroad, and concludes the main ways and means of urbanization development. The third step is based on the analysis of the present situation of urbanization in Hubei Province. According to the development situation in Hubei province, three development goals of new urbanization are put forward, and different new urbanization development modes are put forward for different regions.
