BS炭素厂能源管理优化研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着我国经济的快速发展和工业化、城镇化进程的加快,能源需求过快增长,能源供给相对不足,能源利用效率偏低,生态环境问题凸显,能源问题已经成为中国经济社会可持续发展的一个重要制约因素。我国“十二五”规划纲要继续将节能减排作为国民经济和社会发展的一个重要约束型指标,强化节能优先战略,实行能源消费总量和能源消费强度双控制,提出2015年全国单位国内生产总值能耗要比2010年降低16%,主要污染物排放总量减少8%到10%的节能减排指标,凸显了政府在节能减排方面的决心。政府已将“十二五”规划中的能源管理及降低能耗的目标层层落实到各个地方和企业中去执行。BS炭素厂是一家以石墨电极为主导产品的国家大型化工企业,炭素行业的生产工艺和特点决定了石墨电极生产企业为典型的能源消耗型企业,BS炭素厂年消耗天然气820万m3,年消耗电力1.4亿千瓦时,属于政府重点能源监管对象。对于能源消耗型企业而言,能源消耗大的同时也意味着节能的潜力很大。在钢铁行业持续低迷的大背景下,面对炭素行业日趋激烈的市场竞争,做好节能管理工作,不仅是国家和社会的要求,同时也是企业降低生产成本,增强产品竞争力的有效途径。本文从现状出发,首先对BS炭素厂的能源消费情况进行调查,然后通过对企业能源管理现状的分析,从组织结构、管理体制、企业文化、产品工艺等方面找出BS炭素厂能源管理方面存在的问题,并运用先进的能源管理理念,从管理方法和工程技术两方面提出能源管理的优化方案并加以实施,从而达到减少企业能源消耗、提高能源利用效率的目的,同时尽到企业节能减排、保护环境的社会责任。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development and industrialization of our economy, the acceleration of urbanization, the rapid growth of energy demand, the relative shortage of energy supply, the low efficiency of energy use, the ecological and environmental problems are prominent. Energy problem has become an important restriction factor for the sustainable development of Chinese economy and society. The outline of the 12th Five-Year Plan of our country continues to take energy conservation and emission reduction as an important restrictive indicator for national economic and social development, strengthens the priority strategy for energy conservation, and implements dual control over the total amount of energy consumption and the intensity of energy consumption. The energy consumption per unit of GDP in 2015 is 16% lower than that in 2010, and the total emission of major pollutants is reduced by 8% to 10%, which highlights the determination of the government in energy saving and emission reduction. The government has implemented the goals of energy management and energy consumption reduction in the 12th Five-Year Plan to various localities and enterprises to implement .BS carbon Plant, a large national chemical enterprise with graphite electrodes as the leading product. The production process and characteristics of carbon industry determine that graphite electrode production enterprise is a typical energy consuming enterprise, which consumes 8.2 million m3 of natural gas per year and 140 million kWh of electric power in BS carbon plant, which belongs to the government's key energy supervision object. For energy-consuming enterprises, energy consumption also means great potential for energy-saving. Against the background of the continuous downturn in the steel industry, in the face of the increasingly fierce market competition in the carbon industry, it is not only a requirement of the country and society to do a good job in energy conservation management, but also a reduction in production costs by enterprises. The effective way to enhance the competitiveness of products. Starting from the current situation, this paper first investigates the energy consumption of BS carbon Plant, then through the analysis of the current situation of enterprise energy management, from the organizational structure, management system, corporate culture, The problems existing in energy management of BS carbon plant are found out in the aspects of product technology and so on. Using advanced energy management concept, the optimization scheme of energy management is put forward from two aspects of management method and engineering technology and put into practice. In order to reduce the enterprise energy consumption, improve the efficiency of energy use, at the same time to achieve the enterprise energy saving and emission reduction, environmental protection social responsibility.
