技术创新联盟动态演化博弈分析——基于双元隐性知识视角

【摘要】：隐性知识差异化对技术创新型战略联盟演化过程会产生不同的影响。文章基于联盟合作网络嵌入视角,构建了两阶段技术创新联盟隐性知识转移的演化博弈模型,深入分析了双元隐性知识与关系嵌入等参数变化对联盟主体行为选择的影响。结果表明,在联盟实施阶段,降低联盟主体间信任的不对称性有利于增进浅隐性知识外生溢出,促进联盟主体选择协同合作策略,且投机收益对联盟主体选择协同合作策略具有负向影响;在联盟进化阶段,联盟主体间关系连带和获取深隐性知识转移收益的期望对联盟主体选择并购策略具有显著正向影响。并在此基础上通过Matlab数值模拟验证了基于双元隐性知识下的联盟不同发展阶段的联盟主体行为选择以及联盟动态演进趋势。
[Abstract]:The difference of tacit knowledge will have different influence on the evolution process of technological innovation strategic alliance. Based on the perspective of alliance cooperative network embedding, this paper constructs an evolutionary game model of tacit knowledge transfer in a two-stage technological innovation alliance, and analyzes in depth the influence of the change of parameters such as dual tacit knowledge and relational embedding on the behavior choice of the entity of the alliance. The results show that reducing the asymmetry of trust among alliance agents is conducive to enhancing the exogenous spillover of shallow tacit knowledge and promoting the choice of cooperative cooperation strategy in the stage of alliance implementation. In the evolution stage of alliance, the relationship between alliance agents and the expectation of acquiring deep tacit knowledge transfer benefits have a significant positive impact on alliance agents' choice of merger and acquisition strategy. On the basis of this, Matlab numerical simulation is used to verify the behavior selection and dynamic evolution trend of alliance in different stages of alliance development based on dual tacit knowledge.
