中国工业部门就业量与国际贸易自由化关系研究

【摘要】:中国工业部门的就业情况随着国际贸易规模的快速增加发生明显变动。文章通过理论探讨和实证研究阐明国际贸易自由化与工业部门就业量二者之间的关系。基于误差修正模型,利用脉冲响应函数探讨了工业从业人数与贸易自由化在外部因素冲击下的响应模式。研究结果证实了贸易便利化与工业部门就业之间存在长期的正向促进关系。研究结论指出,目前中国国际贸易规模与就业的联动性主要基于劳动力的比较优势,应及时借助这种优势进行就业结构优化升级,以防止随着"人口红利"的消失,国际贸易变动对就业产生不良影响。
[Abstract]:Employment in China's industrial sector has changed significantly with the rapid increase in the scale of international trade. This paper expounds the relationship between the liberalization of international trade and the employment of industrial sector through theoretical and empirical studies. Based on the error correction model, the response mode of industrial employment and trade liberalization under the impact of external factors is discussed by using impulse response function. The results confirm that there is a long-term positive relationship between trade facilitation and employment in the industrial sector. It is pointed out that at present, the linkage between the scale of international trade and employment in China is mainly based on the comparative advantage of the labor force, which should be used to optimize and upgrade the employment structure in time in order to prevent the disappearance of the "demographic dividend". Changes in international trade have a negative impact on employment.
