新供给经济学:宏观经济学的一个发展方向

【摘要】：当前宏观经济理论已经发展到总供求模型,但宏观调控理论依然建立在60年前形成的IS-LM模型的基础上,因此,宏观调控理论严重滞后于宏观经济学的发展。新供给经济学就是以总供求模型为基础建立起来的宏观调控理论,它在宏观调控中同时考虑并综合运用供给管理和需求管理。供给管理在短期和长期宏观调控中均可使用,供给管理的政策工具包括促进技术进步、制度创新、调节要素成本、调节税收、鼓励产品创新等。新供给经济学的理论源泉包括社会主义政治经济学、现代制度经济学以及供给学派。
[Abstract]:At present, the macroeconomic theory has developed to the total supply and demand model, but the macro-control theory is still based on the IS-LM model formed 60 years ago. Therefore, the macro-control theory lags behind the development of macroeconomics. New supply economics is a theory of macro-control based on the model of total supply and demand. It considers and synthetically applies supply management and demand management in macro-control. Supply management can be used in both short-term and long-term macro-control. The policy tools of supply management include promoting technological progress, institutional innovation, adjusting factor cost, regulating tax, encouraging product innovation, etc. The theoretical source of new supply economics includes socialist political economics, modern institutional economics and supply school.
