苏州市吴江区城市供水管理问题研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the economy of Wu Jiang District of Suzhou and the rapid expansion of urban population, the demand for urban water supply is increasing, and the problems faced by urban water supply management are more and more exposed. The current urban water supply management system has not played its due role, therefore, it is necessary to study the problems existing in the urban water supply management system of Wu Jiang District of Suzhou and put forward some suggestions to improve it. Taking the urban water supply management of Wu Jiang district of Suzhou as the research object, this paper studies the different actions of the government, the market and the public in the management of urban water supply, with emphasis on how the government applies the law, economy and technology. Continuously improve the urban water supply management system and improve the efficiency of urban water supply management. Based on the current urban water supply management system in our country, taking Wu Jiang District of Suzhou City as an example, this paper analyzes the basis of urban water supply management, the main body of management and the management system. This paper combs and analyzes the practical operation of urban water supply management in Wu Jiang district of Suzhou, summarizes and summarizes the problems existing in the management of urban water supply in Wu Jiang district of Suzhou: the lack of integrated management organization, The construction of urban water supply infrastructure and supporting facilities is insufficient, and the form of public participation in urban water supply management is single. These problems are caused by the factors of urban water supply management system itself, the level of economic development of Wu Jiang district, the supervision system and so on. If the management system is not perfect, the development mode of first development and then governance and the transparency of government information are insufficient. On the basis of drawing lessons from the practice of water supply management in other cities in China and combining the actual situation of Wu Jiang District in Suzhou City, the causes of these problems are analyzed. This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to perfect the urban water supply management in Wu Jiang District of Suzhou City: perfecting the management system and enhancing the supervision ability; Increase capital and technical investment in urban water supply construction; promote information disclosure and public participation.
