区域一体化视角下的跨海通道工程项目经济影响评价分析——以渤海海峡跨海通道工程为例

【摘要】：随着海洋经济地位的日益提升,跨海通道对建设海洋强国的战略作用日益凸显。作为衔接山东半岛和辽东半岛的渤海海峡跨海通道,其建成将极大地改善环渤海地区的交通格局,势必增强海峡两岸各城市的经济总量,提升城市之间的经济度,促进区域一体化的发展。为了保证工程建设的科学性,需从工程项目、区域发展、国际合作三个层面入手来进行建设规划。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of the economic status of the ocean, the strategic role of the trans-sea channel in the construction of the ocean power is becoming more and more prominent. As the cross-sea channel of the Bohai Straits, which is connected with the Shandong Peninsula and the Liaodong Peninsula, the completion of the construction will greatly improve the traffic pattern of the Bohai Sea region, and will certainly enhance the economic total of all cities across the Taiwan Straits, improve the economic degree between the cities and promote the development of regional integration. In order to ensure the scientific nature of the project construction, the construction planning should be carried out from the three aspects of the project, the regional development and the international cooperation.
