资源型城市转型如何“破茧成蝶”

【摘要】：随着我国经济发展进入新常态,资源型城市发展在国内外的巨大挑战下陷入困境,转型面临诸多约束。面对种种约束,资源型城市转型关键在于发挥出人的创造力,以克服资源型城市转型发展的劣势。
[Abstract]:With the economic development of our country entering the new normal, the development of resource-based city falls into a dilemma under the enormous challenge at home and abroad, and the transition faces many constraints. In the face of various constraints, the key to the transformation of resource-based cities lies in exerting human creativity in order to overcome the disadvantages of the transformation and development of resource-based cities.
