劳资关系与经济增长:一个文献回顾

【摘要】:劳资关系作为生产关系的重要因素,对经济增长具有重要的影响。通过回顾研究经济增长的文献可以发现,学者们并没有忽视经济增长中劳资关系因素的重要作用。关于工会与劳动生产率关系的文献回顾,大多数研究者都意识到工会对劳动生产率的影响无论方向如何,都不是恒定的,而是会随着社会经济条件的变化而变化;在工会对经济增长率影响的诸多研究中,由于假设和构建模型的不同,最终得到的结论也不相同;劳资关系其他因素对劳动生产率、经济增长率的影响研究,也没有形成比较一致的结论,一个重要的原因可能是研究者没有考虑到生产方式及其变迁,以及将这些影响因素列为劳资关系的控制变量。已有文献显示,在劳资关系对经济增长的影响方面,并没有形成较为一致的结论。这表明,能否科学地构建劳资关系与经济增长的研究框架,对于结论的正确性及解释力具有重要的影响。
[Abstract]:As an important factor of production relations, labor-capital relations have an important influence on economic growth. By reviewing the literature on economic growth, it can be found that scholars have not ignored the important role of labor-capital relations in economic growth. Reviewing the literature on the relationship between labor union and labor productivity, most researchers realize that the influence of trade union on labor productivity is not constant in any direction, but will change with the change of social and economic conditions. In many studies on the influence of trade unions on the economic growth rate, the final conclusions are different because of the different assumptions and models. The research on the effects of other factors on labor productivity and economic growth has not reached a more consistent conclusion. An important reason may be that researchers have not taken into account the mode of production and its changes. And these factors are listed as the control variables of labor-capital relations. Literature has shown that there is no consistent conclusion on the impact of labor relations on economic growth. This shows that the scientific construction of the research framework of labor-capital relations and economic growth has an important influence on the correctness and explanatory power of the conclusion.
