云南省城镇上山压力指标体系测算与分析

【摘要】：在提出城镇上山压力概念的同时构建了城镇上山压力指标体系,并进一步运用层次分析法、德尔菲法和综合模糊评价法测算和分析了2020年云南各州(市)的压力等级。研究结果表明:1由于耕地资源、人口、经济发展水平、农村社会发展不同,云南省城镇上山压力存在明显的空间非均衡性;2将云南城镇上山压力分为4个等级:Ⅰ等超高压主要位于滇中中部地区,Ⅱ等高压主要分布于滇中西部和东部、滇东南西部以及滇西南南部,Ⅲ等中压主要分布于滇中中部、滇西南大部分地区、滇西北的东部地区和滇东北北部,Ⅳ等低压主要分布于滇东南的东部和滇西北的西北部;3通过差异化的上山政策可以缩小城镇上山压力的非均衡性差距,云南省未来城镇上山的重点区域主要集中在滇中中东部、滇东南西部以及滇西南南部。
[Abstract]:At the same time, the concept of urban uphill pressure is put forward, and the index system of urban uphill pressure is constructed, and the pressure grade of Yunnan states (cities) in 2020 is calculated and analyzed by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP), Delphi method and comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method. The results show that: (1) due to the difference of cultivated land resources, population, economic development level and rural social development, there is obvious spatial imbalance in the upward pressure of cities and towns in Yunnan Province; (2) the uphill pressure of cities and towns in Yunnan is divided into four grades: I. the superhigh pressure is mainly located in central Yunnan, the second high pressure is mainly distributed in the west and east of central Yunnan, the western part of southeast Yunnan and the south of southwest Yunnan, and the middle pressure such as III is mainly distributed in the middle of Yunnan. In most areas of southwest Yunnan, the eastern part of northwest Yunnan and the north of northeast Yunnan, the low pressure IV is mainly distributed in the east of southeast Yunnan and the northwest of northwest Yunnan. (3) the unbalanced gap of urban uphill pressure can be narrowed through the differentiated uphill policy. The key areas of urban uphill in Yunnan Province will mainly be concentrated in the east of central Yunnan, the west of southeast Yunnan and the south of southwest Yunnan.
