基于可靠度的长大物件多式联运路径优化

【摘要】:能源需求的不断增加及国家对基础设施建设的巨额投资,推动了石化行业、电力行业、建筑以及机械制造行业的快速发展。这些行业的兴起带动了工程设备的采购和运输,为长大件运输业在技术上的提升提供了新的契机。单一的运输方式通常适宜运距较短的长大件运输需求,当运距较远时多式联运是其常见的运输方式。长大件货物具有货值高、风险大、一次性等特点,在长途运输过程中不可避免地会受到运输设备、路况、天气状况、中转换装等多方面因素的影响,任何环节出现纰漏,都可能造成不可估量的损失。因此,在长大件货物多式联运过程中,除了尽可能选择成本较低的方案,同时还要考虑可靠性问题。由于不同运输方式、运输路径、运输方案的可靠性以及运输成本之间通常会相互冲突,因此,开展基于可靠度的长大物件多式联运路径优化研究,对于使各方的利益达到均衡状态,实现共同利益的最大化,具有一定的现实意义。本文通过对国内外大量的长大件运输路径优化、多式联运、可靠度文献的分析和总结,将基于可靠度的长大物件多式联运路径的优化作为研究重点,针对长大物件特殊性,可靠度相关概念及多式联运中各种运输方式的特点进行分析。在此基础上,结合供需双方不同的运输需求,从长大件运输的特殊性出发,构建了以运输路径可靠度最高、运输费用最低为优化目标的多目标优化模型。文中基于快速非支配遗传算法对长大物件多式联运可靠度-费用模型进行了算法设计,建立了NSGA-Ⅱ算法整体框架,得到最优的Pareto解集。最后通过长大件货物多式联运的算例验证了所建模型和算法的合理性,利用MATLAB程序对运输路径的可靠度和运输费用目标进行了优化,得到了一组可行解集,以便决策者根据不同的需求选择适合的运输方案。
[Abstract]:The increasing energy demand and the huge national investment in infrastructure construction have promoted the rapid development of petrochemical industry, power industry, construction and machinery manufacturing industry. The rise of these industries has led to the procurement and transportation of engineering equipment, and provides a new opportunity for the technical improvement of the long-term transportation industry. A single mode of transportation is usually suitable for the transportation demand of long and large parts with short distance, and multimodal transportation is a common mode of transportation when the distance is long. Long-term goods have the characteristics of high value, high risk, one-off and so on. In the process of long-distance transportation, they will inevitably be affected by many factors, such as transportation equipment, road conditions, weather conditions, transfer and replacement, etc., and there will be mistakes in any link. Can cause inestimable losses. Therefore, in the process of multimodal transportation of long and long goods, in addition to choosing the scheme with lower cost as much as possible, the reliability problem should be considered at the same time. Because different modes of transportation, transportation paths, reliability of transport schemes and transportation costs usually conflict with each other, the optimization of multimodal transport paths of long and long objects based on reliability is carried out. It has certain practical significance for making the interests of all parties balanced and realizing the maximization of common interests. Through the analysis and summary of a large number of long and large parts transportation path optimization, multimodal transportation and reliability literature at home and abroad, this paper takes the optimization of long object multimodal transportation path based on reliability as the research focus, aiming at the particularity of long and large objects. The related concepts of reliability and the characteristics of various transportation modes in multimodal transportation are analyzed. On this basis, combined with the different transportation needs of both supply and demand, starting from the particularity of long and large parts transportation, a multi-objective optimization model with the highest reliability of transportation path and the lowest transportation cost is constructed. In this paper, the reliability-cost model of multimodal transport of long objects is designed based on the fast non-dominant genetic algorithm, and the overall framework of NSGA- II algorithm is established, and the optimal Pareto solution set is obtained. Finally, the rationality of the model and algorithm is verified by an example of multimodal transportation of long and long goods. The reliability of transportation path and the target of transportation cost are optimized by using MATLAB program, and a set of feasible solutions is obtained. So that decision makers can choose the appropriate transportation scheme according to different needs.
