基于大数据方法的长沙市中心城区职住关系研究

【摘要】：从实证角度以长沙主城区为例,借助百度地图这一公众使用非常广泛的互联网工具,利用百度地图热力图和百度地图POI数据,通过大数据方法并结合传统方法数据、实地调研、问卷调查,探讨其内部职住关系的演变特征及其动力机制,结合社会学、地理学、生态学、城市规划学多个学科知识,从多个维度提出平衡职住关系的对策,以期为促进城市可持续发展提供参考。
[Abstract]:From the empirical point of view, taking the main urban area of Changsha as an example, with the help of Baidu map, which is a very widely used Internet tool, using Baidu map heat map and Baidu map POI data, through big data method and combined with the traditional method data, field investigation, questionnaire survey, to explore the evolution characteristics and dynamic mechanism of its internal professional and residential relationship, combined with sociology, geography, ecology, urban planning, many disciplines of knowledge. This paper puts forward some countermeasures to balance the relationship between occupation and housing from many dimensions, in order to provide reference for promoting the sustainable development of the city.
