基于生态敏感性评价的济西国家湿地公园生态规划研究

【摘要】:湿地公园是城市重要的生态基础设施,具有净化城市污染物、调节微气候、改善城市环境、为动植物提供栖息地、为城市居民提供休闲娱乐和教育场所等生态及社会服务功能。生态敏感性评价是区域生态环境评价和生态功能区划的重要手段和有效方法。通过湿地公园生态敏感性评价对现状自然环境下潜在的生态环境问题进行辨识,能够明确湿地公园不同区域的保护级别,并将其落实到具体的空间地域。在此基础上,进行生态分区规划,能为湿地公园的生态规划提供科学的理论基础和重要支撑。研究以RS和GIS技术为支撑,建立了济西国家湿地公园景观信息数据库。利用特尔斐专家评价法选取高程、坡度、植被覆盖度、水域湿地、景观格局、景观生态价值、植被类型7项评价指标,构建了济西国家湿地公园生态敏感性评价指标体系,对湿地公园进行了生态敏感性分析与评价,并在此基础上进行生态规划。研究结果表明:1.济西国家湿地公园景观信息数据库建立及分析根据解译结果将济西国家湿地公园景观分为道路、灌草地、水域湿地、林地、建筑、村庄、农田、其他8类。公园各景观类型面积、斑块数差异较大,且分布相对集中。其中,水域和林地面积较大,约占公园总面积的一半。村庄、道路等建设用地面积相对较小,仅占总面积的8.1%。除建设用地外,其他景观类型及其景观整体破碎化程度不大。2.济西国家湿地公园生态敏感性评价(1)单因子生态敏感性评价湿地公园高程、植被覆盖度、景观生态价值整体生态敏感度均属于中度敏感;坡度和景观格局整体敏感度为弱度敏感;水域湿地、植被类型整体敏感度为高度敏感。(2)生态敏感性综合评价湿地公园综合生态敏感度划分为高度敏感、中度敏感、弱度敏感、不敏感4个等级,其整体综合生态敏感度属于中度敏感。3.济西国家湿地公园生态规划根据生态敏感性评价结果,结合湿地公园生态规划目标,将济西国家湿地公园规划为“一环、一带、五区”,环玉清湖隔离区和沿黄河保护带为“一环、一带”;“五区”划分为生态保育区、生态恢复区、科普宣教区、管理服务区、合理利用区。并在此基础上,从保护、恢复、道路交通、旅游项目、环境监测5方面进行了生态规划。
[Abstract]:Ecological wetland park is the important infrastructure in the city, the city has purifying pollutants, climate adjustment, improve city environment, provide habitats for plants and animals, for city residents to provide recreation and education places such as ecological and social service function. The ecological sensitivity evaluation is an important method for evaluation of regional ecological environment and ecological function zoning and effective method. The ecological sensitivity evaluation of Wetland Park to identify the current situation of ecological environment under the natural environment of potential problems, to clear the level of protection of Wetland Park in different regions, and its implementation to the specific geographical space. On this basis, the ecological zoning, can provide scientific theoretical basis and important support for the ecological planning of the wetland park. Study on RS and GIS technology, established the National Wetland Park landscape information database using Delphi expert evaluation method. Select the elevation, slope, vegetation coverage, water wetland, landscape pattern, landscape ecological value, 7 evaluation indexes of vegetation types, constructs the evaluation index system of ecological sensitivity of the National Wetland Park, ecological sensitivity analysis and evaluation of Wetland Park, and on the basis of ecological planning. The research results show that: 1. of the country wetland landscape information database establishment and analysis according to the interpretation of results will be the National Wetland Park landscape is divided into road, grassland, wetland, woodland, farmland, villages, buildings, the other 8 types. Each type of landscape park area, the patch number is different, and the centralized distribution. Among them, water and forest area about half of the total area of the park. The village road construction land area is relatively small, accounting for only 8.1%. except construction land, the total area of other landscape types and landscape fragmentation The degree of.2. is the National Wetland Park ecological sensitivity evaluation (1) single factor ecological sensitivity evaluation of Wetland Park Gao Cheng, vegetation coverage, landscape ecological value overall ecological sensitivity are moderately sensitive; slope and landscape overall sensitivity is weak sensitivity; the wetland vegetation types, the overall sensitivity was highly sensitive (. 2) comprehensive ecological sensitivity evaluation of Wetland Park comprehensive ecological sensitivity division is highly sensitive, moderately sensitive, low sensitive, not sensitive to 4 levels, the overall ecological sensitivity is moderately sensitive.3. Jixi Ecological Planning National Wetland Park Based on ecological sensitivity evaluation results, combined with the ecological planning of Wetland Park, National Wetland Park will Jixi planning for the "ring, ring area, five areas, Yuqing Lake isolated areas and along the the Yellow River protection zone as" a ring area ";" five areas "is divided into Students The ecological conservation area, the ecological restoration area, the science propaganda and education area, the management service area and the rational utilization area, and on this basis, carried out the ecological planning from 5 aspects of protection, restoration, road traffic, tourism project and environmental monitoring.
