【摘要】:在能源日益消耗严重的今天,建筑业能耗量在全社会能源消耗总量中的比重已经不容忽视,能源消耗伴随而来的环境问题也日益严重。目前世界节能趋势是以注重全生命周期内降低建筑能耗为目的、高性能、低能耗的建筑方向,因此加强既有建筑的利用已成为一种必然的发展趋势。我国在绿色建筑方面起步较晚,绿色建筑技术还不够成熟,绿色建筑已成为我国急需深入研究的重要课题之一。我国寒冷地区地域广阔,冬季的采暖能耗量大,目前我国现存的建筑都属于高能耗建筑。本文主要分四个板块来分别探讨居住建筑绿色化改造方案:首先,从我国的能源危机、寒冷地区的能耗现状以及室内环境的舒适性等方面来探讨绿色化改造的必然性与迫切性;通过分析研究国内外先进技术与成熟经验,探索我国居住建筑绿色化改造方面的绿色化潜力。其次,通过对比分析建筑墙体、屋顶、窗户、楼梯间与竖向空间等改造方法,为寒冷地区既有居住建筑绿色化改造提供理论依据;并在论文中探讨了我国太阳能一体化的应用前景与意义,力求开源与节流并重。再次,对建筑能耗量较大的外墙、屋顶与门窗进行了具体的热工分析,针对其构造设计中的不足提出一些改进建议。最后,利用DeST-h软件对绿色化改造方案进行量化计算分析,改造模型选用河北省秦皇岛市抚宁县旧城改造住宅,利用国家节能标准计算方法与计算机软件模拟两种方式验证绿色化改造的节能效果。针对改造前后的耗热量指标进行对比,证明绿色化改造方案的可行性,并对此方案提出相关的优化建议。本文期望对寒冷地区既有居住建筑绿色化改造的可行性提出具有借鉴意义的实践结果,为完善寒冷地区既有居住建筑绿色化改造的理论提供参考依据。
[Abstract]:With the increasing consumption of energy, the proportion of energy consumption of construction industry in the total energy consumption of the whole society can not be ignored. The environmental problems associated with energy consumption are becoming more and more serious. At present, the trend of energy conservation in the world is to focus on reducing building energy consumption throughout the life cycle, high performance, low energy consumption building direction. Therefore, strengthening the use of existing buildings has become an inevitable trend of development. China started late in green building, green building technology is not mature enough. Green building has become one of the most important research topics in our country. The cold area of our country is vast and the energy consumption of heating in winter is large. At present, the existing buildings in our country belong to high-energy consumption buildings. This paper mainly discusses the green reconstruction scheme of residential buildings in four plates: first, from the energy crisis in China. The necessity and urgency of green transformation are discussed in the aspects of energy consumption and comfort of indoor environment in cold areas. Through the analysis of advanced technology and mature experience at home and abroad, explore the green potential of green transformation of residential buildings in China. Secondly, through comparative analysis of building walls, roofs, windows. The retrofit methods of stairwell and vertical space provide a theoretical basis for the green reconstruction of existing residential buildings in cold areas. In this paper, the application prospect and significance of solar energy integration in China are discussed, and the emphasis of open source and throttling is sought. Thirdly, the thermal analysis of exterior walls, roofs and doors and windows with large building energy consumption is carried out. In view of the shortcomings of its structural design, some suggestions for improvement are put forward. Finally, quantitative calculation and analysis of the green transformation scheme are carried out by using DeST-h software. The retrofit model selects the old city of Funing County, Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province to rebuild the residence. The energy saving effect of green retrofit is verified by using national energy saving standard calculation method and computer software simulation. The feasibility of green retrofit scheme is proved by comparing heat consumption index before and after retrofit. This paper expects to put forward the practical results of reference to the feasibility of green transformation of existing residential buildings in cold areas. It provides a reference for improving the theory of green reconstruction of existing residential buildings in cold areas.
