多热源供热系统的热负荷分配及运行分析

【摘要】:近年来,空气环境持续恶化,雾霾、扬尘天气出现次数愈发增加,政府每年都在加大投入治理空气污染,几个大气污染指标,如总悬浮颗粒、降尘、二氧化硫、氮氧化物,北方城市高于南方城市,采暖期重于非采暖期。采暖期城市大气污染指标普遍超过标准,其基本原因,就是采暖热煤释放的污染物。未来,采暖建筑越来越多,污染物的释放量也越来越大,环境指标越来越恶化。因此,改善大气质量的重要措施之一就是发展城市集中供热。本文将详细阐述热源与供热运行之间深层次的联系,让更多从事集中供热的人员能够从新的角度考虑问题,为更多的人提供运行经验上的参考。首先,本文将对多热源集中供热系统的多种运行方式的利弊进行探讨,根据大连市的实际情况,确定一种运行方式,结合大连大发供热公司的管网实际运行情况,对管网最佳运行方式、热负荷的高温水流量分配及运行中出现的水力失调等问题,进行针对性的研究;建立水力分析数学模型,对主管网和大型分支进行水力计算,结合水力计算的结论对供热管网进行针对性的技术改造尝试,在完成水力平衡调整工作之后依靠大发供热公司调度平台的运行数据,在充分考虑民生效应的前提下,得出各换热站最佳流量分配表,为第二年供暖季的调网工作提供便利。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the air environment has continued to deteriorate, haze, dust weather has increased the number of times, the government is increasing investment in the control of air pollution every year, several air pollution indicators, such as total suspended particles, dust, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, The north city is higher than the southern city, the heating period is more serious than the non-heating period. During heating period, the air pollution index of the city generally exceeds the standard, and the basic reason is the pollutants released by heating coal. In the future, more and more heating buildings will release more pollutants and worse environmental indicators. Therefore, one of the important measures to improve air quality is to develop urban central heating. This paper will expound in detail the deep connection between heat source and heating operation, so that more people engaged in central heating can consider the problem from a new angle, and provide more people with reference in operation experience. First of all, this paper will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of multi-heat source centralized heating system, according to the actual situation of Dalian City, determine a kind of operation mode, combined with the actual operation of Dalian Dafa heating Company pipe network. The optimal operation mode of the pipe network, the distribution of high temperature water flow of heat load and the hydraulic maladjustment in operation are studied, and the mathematical model of hydraulic analysis is established, and the hydraulic calculation of the network and the large branch is carried out. Combined with the conclusion of hydraulic calculation, this paper attempts to carry out targeted technical transformation of the heating network. After completing the hydraulic balance adjustment, it relies on the operation data of the dispatching platform of Dafa heating Company, under the premise of fully considering the effect of people's livelihood. The optimal flow distribution table of each heat exchange station is obtained, which is convenient for the second heating season.
