【摘要】：近年来,建筑企业战略联盟在国际工程建设市场蓬勃发展,而在国内工程建设市场发展非常缓慢,国内建筑企业与已建立战略联盟的国外建筑企业差距日益拉大。随着我国建筑行业经济增速的下降,国外建筑企业的进入,国内建筑企业所面临的竞争将更加激烈。因而寻求建筑企业与相关方的利益共同点,就建筑企业如何建立战略联盟来提高竞争力进行研究,成为了当前迫切需要解决的问题。本论文以生态位理论、博弈理论、风险管理理论和成熟度理论为研究理论框架,以层次分析法、Shapley值法、线性规划法及模糊综合评价法为主要研究方法,研究了建筑企业战略联盟的构建、运行及绩效评价相关问题。第一,关于建筑企业战略联盟的构建,基于生态位理论分析了企业生态位对战略联盟的影响,运行层次分析法及Shapley值法提出了联盟合作伙伴的选择模型及联盟成员利益分配模型。第二,关于建筑企业战略联盟运行管理,分析了战略联盟约束、激励机制,针对联盟风险产生的原因,利用问卷调查法确定了风险评价指标,建立了风险评价模型,并提出了风险控制机制。第三,基于项目成熟度理论,从组织支持系统、组织业务系统及战略协同三个维度设计了联盟成熟度评价体系,并利用模糊综合评价法构建了战略联盟的成熟度评价模型。本文的创新之处主要体现在如下方面：(1)运用Shapley值法提出了建筑企业战略联盟的利益分配模型。在分析建筑企业战略联盟合作伙伴选择的基础上,提出了基于Shapley值法的利益分配模型,并支持根据各个成员的风险系数对利益分配进行修正。(2)基于线性规划法构建了建筑企业战略联盟的线性激励模型。分析了建筑企业战略联盟信息对称、信息不对称下的线性激励模型问题,为建筑企业战略联盟实际运营过程中的激励决策提供理论参考。(3)运用层次分析法构建了建筑企业战略联盟风险评价模型。通过对建筑企业战略联盟风险因素的分析,提出形成风险的主要成因,构建了建筑企业战略联盟风险评价模型,并在评价的基础上,提出了建筑企业战略联盟的风险控制机制。(4)运用成熟度理论设计了建筑企业战略联盟绩效评价模型。从联盟组织支持系统成熟度、组织业务系统成熟度、战略协同成熟度三个方面建立了战略联盟绩效评价体系,并运用模糊综合评价法,研究了战略联盟的绩效评价模型。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the strategic alliance of construction enterprises has developed vigorously in the international engineering construction market, but the development of the domestic engineering construction market is very slow. The gap between domestic construction enterprises and foreign construction enterprises that have established strategic alliances is widening day by day. With the decline of the economic growth of construction industry and the entry of foreign construction enterprises, the competition of domestic construction enterprises will be more intense. Therefore, it has become an urgent problem to seek the common interests of construction enterprises and related parties, and to study how to establish strategic alliances to improve the competitiveness of construction enterprises. This paper takes niche theory, game theory, risk management theory and maturity theory as the theoretical framework, takes the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) Shapley value method, the linear programming method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method as the main research methods. This paper studies the construction, operation and performance evaluation of strategic alliance of construction enterprises. First, on the construction of strategic alliance of construction enterprises, based on niche theory, the impact of enterprise niche on strategic alliance is analyzed. The selection model of alliance partners and the benefit distribution model of alliance members are put forward by the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the Shapley value method. Secondly, on the operation management of strategic alliance of construction enterprises, this paper analyzes the constraint and incentive mechanism of strategic alliance, and establishes the risk evaluation model by questionnaire survey. And put forward the risk control mechanism. Thirdly, based on the theory of project maturity, the paper designs the evaluation system of alliance maturity from three dimensions: organizational support system, organizational business system and strategic collaboration, and constructs the maturity evaluation model of strategic alliance by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the following aspects: 1) using the Shapley value method to put forward the profit distribution model of the strategic alliance of the construction enterprises. Based on the analysis of the selection of partners in the strategic alliance of construction enterprises, a profit distribution model based on Shapley value method is proposed. It also supports the modification of benefit distribution according to the risk coefficient of each member.) based on the linear programming method, the linear incentive model of strategic alliance of construction enterprises is constructed. This paper analyzes the linear incentive model under information symmetry and information asymmetry in strategic alliance of construction enterprises. This paper provides a theoretical reference for incentive decision making in the actual operation of strategic alliance of construction enterprises. It uses AHP to construct the risk evaluation model of strategic alliance of construction enterprises. Based on the analysis of the risk factors of the strategic alliance of the construction enterprise, the main causes of the formation of the risk are put forward, and the risk evaluation model of the strategic alliance of the construction enterprise is constructed, and on the basis of the evaluation, The risk control mechanism of strategic alliance of construction enterprise is put forward. (4) based on maturity theory, the performance evaluation model of strategic alliance of construction enterprise is designed. The performance evaluation system of strategic alliance is established from three aspects: the maturity of alliance support system, the maturity of organizational business system and the maturity of strategic cooperation. The performance evaluation model of strategic alliance is studied by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
