成都大型购物中心屋顶游憩空间使用情况评价研究

【摘要】:本文从当代城市公共游憩空间的缺失出发,结合大型购物中心的兴起,提出部分大型购物中心的公共空间具备有社会交往与休憩的功能,能在一定程度上弥补城市公共游憩空间缺失问题的观点。由于大型购物中心的公共交往空间有许多功能偏重不一的部分,而本文着重研究的是大型购物中心公共空间中承担城市游憩生活的部分,故而本文在分析了大型购物中心各种具备游憩功能的公共空间之后,提出了大型购物中心游憩空间的概念,并对其中的屋顶游憩空间做专门的深入研究,依据这些研究力图使其更好地为市民日常的游憩活动服务。本研究课题把大型购物中心的屋顶游憩空间从直接为商业销售服务,拓展到为一个社区、乃至整个城市服务的范畴,把游憩空间的作用从联系销售空间、营造购物环境,拓展到成为城市公共生活空间的延伸,来满足城市居民日常休闲生活要求的层面。在具体的研究内容方面,本文主要是采用使用后评价的技术对大型购物中心的屋顶游憩空间进行使用情况评价,然后根据评价结果提出一定的优化建议的过程。即先从理论研究入手,对研究对象和研究方法进行熟悉整理。然后对具体案例进行探索性研究,从而整理构建一套适用于研究对象的使用后评价研究模型,包括具体的方法和实际计划。接着着力于成都市区近年来新建的最具代表性的大型购物中心,把城市游憩空间理论体系运用到购物中心的屋顶游憩空间研究之中,对其进行了详细的使用情况调查。在调查研究的过程中首先通过对大型购物中心的屋顶游憩空间进行使用情况调查,了解使用者的需求和对游憩空间的满意度,并分析消费者在大型购物中心屋顶游憩空间里的活动特点和规律,最后根据调查研究的成果对现状情况进行综合评价,继而得出大型购物中心屋顶游憩空间的优化建议。本文希望能够通过本次课题的研究对大型购物中心屋顶游憩空间的设计有所启示,通过大型购物中心屋顶游憩空间的营造来延续市民日常生活所需的城市公共生活空间。
[Abstract]:Based on the lack of public recreational space in contemporary cities and the rise of large shopping centers, this paper puts forward that some public spaces of shopping malls have the functions of social interaction and recreation. To a certain extent, can make up for the lack of urban public recreation space point of view. Because there are many parts with different functions in the public communication space of the large shopping center, this paper focuses on the part of the public space of the shopping center that undertakes the urban recreation life. Therefore, after analyzing all kinds of public spaces with recreational function, this paper puts forward the concept of recreation space of shopping mall, and makes a special and in-depth study on the roof recreation space. According to these studies, we try to better serve the daily recreational activities of citizens. The subject of this research extends the roof recreation space of the shopping center from serving directly for commercial sales to serving a community or even the whole city. The function of recreation space is linked to the sales space to create a shopping environment. To become the extension of urban public life space to meet the daily leisure life requirements of urban residents. In the specific research content, this paper mainly uses the post-use evaluation technology to evaluate the use of the recreation space on the roof of the shopping center, and then puts forward some optimization suggestions according to the evaluation results. That is, starting from the theoretical research, the research object and research methods are familiar with the arrangement. Then the exploratory study of specific cases is carried out, and a set of post-use evaluation research model, including specific methods and practical plans, is constructed. Then it applies the theory system of urban recreation space to the study of roof recreation space of shopping center, and makes a detailed investigation on the usage of the large shopping center, which is the most representative shopping center that has been built in recent years. In the process of investigation and research, first of all, by investigating the use of the recreation space on the roof of a shopping mall, we can find out the needs of the users and their satisfaction with the recreation space. The characteristics and rules of consumers' activities in the roof recreation space of shopping center are analyzed. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation of the present situation is carried out according to the results of investigation and research, and then the suggestions for optimization of roof recreation space of large shopping center are obtained. This paper hopes to be able to enlighten the design of the roof recreation space of the shopping center through the research of this topic, and to extend the urban public living space needed by the citizens' daily life through the building of the recreation space on the roof of the shopping center.
