超轻质碱激发泡沫混凝土的性能影响研究

【摘要】:以湿密度200 kg/m~3的超轻质碱激发泡沫混凝土(ULAAFC)为研究对象,研究了激发剂、水胶比、聚丙烯纤维、活性MgO、有机硅防水剂对ULAAFC绝干密度、力学性能、收缩性能、吸水率、导热系数的影响。结果表明:激发剂、水胶比、聚丙烯纤维对ULAAFC的力学性能均具有显著的影响,但激发剂和聚丙烯纤维对绝干密度的影响不大;掺入20%MgO对ULAAFC的28 d抗压强度及收缩性能有一定的改善;有机硅防水剂外喷的效果优于内掺,且在外喷掺量4%时使用效果最佳,此时,ULAAFC的吸水率降至8%,导热系数为0.038 W/(m·K)。
[Abstract]:The dry density, mechanical properties, shrinkage and water absorption of ultra-light alkali activated foamed concrete (ULAAFC) with moisture density of 200 kg/m~3 were studied, and the effects of activator, water-binder ratio, polypropylene fiber, activated MgO and silicone water-repellent on ULAAFC were studied.
