基于人居环境理论的山海关古城居住环境保护发展研究

【摘要】：山海关古城是一座具有丰富文化内涵和建筑空间价值的历史遗存,位列我国历史文化名城名录之中。但随着旅游经济大规模的建设以及这种开发的不均衡性,古城内的历史风貌和人居环境都受到破坏。在新世纪的山海关古城改造中,街道、古建、城墙等均得到修复更新,而城区百姓的生存环境仍然较差,尤其最近,山海关景区因擅自更改门票价格、旅游景点卫生脏乱、古城保护现状不达标而被取消了5A级景区资质,更引起了人们对山海关古城以及我国历史文化名城保护的关注。作为城市细胞的住宅与居住区的构成,历史古城中百姓居所与居住环境的质地和肌理,对于构成历史文化名城的物质环境体系和文化延续至关重要。在人居环境理论中,强调把人类聚居作为一个整体,着重研究人与环境之间的相互关系,其核心就在于人的重要性。本课题旨在依据人居环境学以及有机更新、可持续发展等理论,通过民意调查和数据分析,对比古城保护措施及规划,总结山海关古城人居环境中的居住情况现存问题及原因分析,从政策护航、基础设施更新、文化传承、旅游促进等角度提出改善山海关古城居住环境现状的对策。
[Abstract]:Shanhaiguan ancient city is a historical relic with rich cultural connotation and architectural space value, which is listed in the list of famous historical and cultural cities in China. However, with the large-scale construction of tourism economy and the uneven development of this kind of development, the historical features and human settlements in the ancient city have been destroyed. In the reconstruction of Shanhaiguan ancient city in the new century, streets, ancient buildings, and city walls have all been restored and updated, while the living environment of urban residents is still poor. Recently, Shanhaiguan scenic spots have been polluted and dirty because of unauthorized changes in ticket prices. The status quo of ancient city protection is not up to standard and the qualification of 5A scenic spot has been cancelled, which has aroused people's attention to the protection of Shanhaiguan ancient city and the famous historical and cultural city of our country. As the composition of residential and residential areas, the texture and texture of residence and living environment in ancient historical cities are of great importance to the material environment system and cultural continuity of historical and cultural cities. In the theory of human settlement environment, emphasis is placed on the study of the relationship between human beings and the environment as a whole, the core of which lies in the importance of human beings. The purpose of this project is to compare the conservation measures and plans of ancient cities through public opinion surveys and data analysis, based on the theories of human settlements, organic renewal, sustainable development, etc. This paper summarizes the existing problems and causes of living environment in Shanhaiguan ancient city, and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the living environment of Shanhaiguan ancient city from the aspects of policy escort, infrastructure renewal, cultural heritage and tourism promotion.
