膨胀剂对污泥、粉煤灰-页岩高性能轻骨料性能的影响

【摘要】:为了使利用污泥制备的轻骨料有较好的稳定性,选择了碳酸钙、九零型碳化硅和八零型碳化硅三种膨胀剂,研究了不同膨胀剂对轻骨料性能的影响,利用热重(TG)分析曲线分析了三种膨胀剂导致轻骨料膨胀的原因,比较了膨胀剂对轻骨料颗粒强度和吸水率的影响。结果表明:污泥掺量35%、页岩45.5%、粉煤灰19.5%时,外加八零型碳化硅在0.10%~0.16%范围变化时,制备的轻骨料性能较稳定,掺0.12%的轻骨料,经1170℃焙烧轻骨料1 h吸水率为0.86%,24 h吸水率仅仅为1.63%,颗粒强度分别为9.8 MPa,是低吸水、高强度轻的骨料。
[Abstract]:In order to make the light aggregate prepared by sludge have better stability, three kinds of expansion agents, calcium carbonate, 90 type silicon carbide and 80 type silicon carbide, were selected to study the effect of different expansive agents on the properties of lightweight aggregate. The causes of light aggregate expansion caused by three kinds of expansive agents were analyzed by thermogravimetric (TG) analysis curve, and the effects of expansion agents on the strength and water absorption of lightweight aggregate particles were compared. The results show that when sludge content is 35%, shale is 45.5%, fly ash is 19.5%, and 80 type silicon carbide varies in the range of 0.10% and 0.16%, the properties of the prepared lightweight aggregate are relatively stable, and 0.12% lightweight aggregate is added.
