特色化营造导向下的安徽省白地镇宣砚小镇规划

【摘要】：建设特色小镇是经济新常态下加快区域创新发展的战略选择,文章在深入分析特色小镇内涵的基础上,结合安徽省白地镇的规划案例,从规模选址、产业转型、功能聚合、空间优化、风貌营造和机制保障等方面探索提升区域核心价值、加快高端要素集聚、产业转型升级、历史文化传承与实现创新驱动的路径,以期为特色小镇规划建设提供有益的借鉴。
[Abstract]:It is a strategic choice to speed up the development of regional innovation under the new normal state of economy. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the connotation of characteristic town, combining with the planning case of Whitetown in Anhui Province, this paper focuses on the selection of site selection, industrial transformation, function aggregation, and so on. Space optimization, style construction and mechanism guarantee, etc., to explore ways to enhance the regional core value, accelerate the gathering of high-end elements, upgrade the industrial transformation, inherit history and culture and realize innovation drive, etc. In order to provide a useful reference for the planning and construction of small towns with characteristics.
