B05级轻质粉煤灰加气混凝土板材试验研究

【摘要】:通过试验研究了不同配合比下水泥-石灰-粉煤灰体系加气混凝土板材的发气稳定性、稠化速度、密度及强度等各项性能。结果表明,影响其基本性能的因素主要有原材料的钙硅比、发气剂的添加量、粉煤灰的基本性能、浇注温度及影响其强度和韧性的添加剂等。最终确定稳泡剂掺量为0.02%时的最佳配比为:m(水泥)∶m(石灰)∶m(粉煤灰)∶m(石膏)∶m(铝粉膏)∶m(废浆)=13.6∶14.0∶62.6∶2.9∶0.1∶5.6;最佳养护制度为:60℃静停2~4 h后,180℃蒸压养护8 h,此时制备的加气混凝土板材气孔结构最均匀,试块匀质性最好,密度为511 kg/m~3时的抗压强度可以达到4.7 MPa。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the gassing stability, thickening speed, density and strength of cement lime fly ash aerated concrete plate with different mix ratio are studied. The results show that the main factors affecting its basic properties are the ratio of calcium to silicon of raw materials, the amount of aerating agent, the basic properties of fly ash, the pouring temperature and the additives affecting its strength and toughness.
