基于抗震烈度的高层住宅结构选型及经济性分析

【摘要】:地震灾害一直是困扰人类社会的最主要的自然灾害之一。尤其进入21世纪以来,地震灾害频发,给人类社会造成了不可估量的损失。而高层住宅结构在地震活动当中损坏尤其严重,造成的伤亡在各类建筑中也是最大的。另一方面,结构设计人员往往由于结构选型的不合理而造成各种不必要的浪费。鉴于此,本文将就不同抗震烈度的高层住宅结构进行结构选型及经济性的分析,以期在符合安全性的条件下达到最节省的效果。本文具体工作包括以下几个方面:一、结构选型及方案布置阶段。通过资料收集,依据现行规范,初步确定高层住宅所能采用的结构类型及其特点,分析其结构计算、构造等相关问题;根据抗震规范等相关规范要求,结合实例和上述初选结果,分别确定在抗震烈度为6度、7度、8度时所能采用的结构类型;就上述选取的每一种结构类型进一步选择两种布置方案。二、结构计算阶段。根据上述选型结果,针对同一高层住宅工程,在抗震烈度为6度下建立结构的整体模型。依据相关规范对其进行计算,分析相关参数的选取。采用相同方法分别进行7度、8度的结构分析。三、分析比较阶段。根据上述计算结果,通过对控制性参数、经济性指标的比较,分别选取抗震烈度为6度、7度和8度时的最优布置方案。四、不同抗震烈度下的比较。对于上述计算结果,比较三种抗震烈度下的三种最优方案,进而分析不同抗震烈度地区高层住宅结构的选型特点,以供设计人员进行结构设计时参考。
[Abstract]:Earthquake disaster has been one of the most important natural disasters in human society. Especially since the 21 st century, frequent earthquake disasters have caused incalculable losses to human society. The damage of high-rise residential structures is especially serious in seismic activities, resulting in the largest casualties in all kinds of buildings. On the other hand, structural designers often cause a variety of unnecessary waste due to unreasonable structural selection. In view of this, the structural selection and economic analysis of high-rise residential structures with different seismic intensity will be carried out in order to achieve the most economical effect under the condition of safety. The specific work of this paper includes the following aspects: first, structure selection and layout stage. Through the data collection, according to the current code, the paper preliminarily determines the structural types and characteristics of high-rise residential buildings, and analyzes the structural calculation, construction and other related problems. According to the requirements of seismic code and other related codes, combined with the examples and the results of the primary selection, the structural types can be adopted when the seismic intensity is 6 degrees, 7 degrees and 8 degrees respectively. Two layout schemes are further selected for each of the structural types selected above. Second, structure calculation stage. According to the above selection results, the whole model of the structure is established under the seismic intensity of 6 degree for the same high-rise residential project. It is calculated according to the relevant specifications, and the selection of relevant parameters is analyzed. The same method was used to analyze the structure of 7 degrees and 8 degrees respectively. Third, analysis and comparison stage. According to the above calculation results, the optimal arrangement scheme is selected when the seismic intensity is 6 degrees, 7 degrees and 8 degrees, respectively, by comparing the control parameters and economic indexes. Fourth, the comparison of different seismic intensity. For the above calculation results, the three optimal schemes under three kinds of seismic intensity are compared, and then the selection characteristics of high-rise residential structures in different seismic intensity areas are analyzed, which can be used as a reference for designers in structural design.
