城市规划评价的类型与基本范畴:文献评述及相关思考

【摘要】：城市规划评价是规划实践中不可或缺的部分,也是规划学术研究的重要方向之一,但目前时其类型与范畴的相关讨论尚不够充分,需要进一步时其进行探明首先,对"规划"和"评价"两个概念的定义进行了探讨,指出了两音的密切关联:其次,从评价时机、评价内容、评价方法、评价视角和研究维度等五个方面,对国内外有关规划评价分类的文献进行了评述;然后,在"规划理论"经典分类的启发下,尝试提出城市规划评价应包括"规划中的评价"(evaluation in planning)和"对规划的评价"(evaluation of pla nning)这两个基本范畴,并对两者的差异及其涵盖的评价类型进行了辨析;最后,时这两个基本范畴所体现出的科学实证精神及本土人文哲学内涵,进行了探索性的思考。
[Abstract]:Urban planning evaluation is not only an indispensable part of planning practice, but also an important direction of planning academic research. However, at present, the related discussion on its type and category is not enough, so it needs to be proved in the first place. This paper probes into the definitions of "planning" and "evaluation", and points out the close relationship between the two sounds: secondly, from five aspects: evaluation opportunity, evaluation content, evaluation method, evaluation perspective and research dimension, etc. The literatures about the classification of planning evaluation at home and abroad are reviewed. Then, inspired by the classical classification of "Planning Theory", this paper attempts to put forward that the evaluation of urban planning should include two basic categories: "Evaluation in Planning" (evaluation in planning) and "Evaluation of Planning" (evaluation of planning). And the differences between the two and the evaluation types covered by the discrimination; Finally, the spirit of scientific positivism and the connotation of native humanistic philosophy embodied in these two basic categories are explored.
